However, inside…read moretheir restaurant, it is clearly mentioned that Lunch Buffet is valid ONLY with order of "drinks" - the most basic of which (Cola / Fanta) are priced with massive rip-off mark-up at 3.50 Euro. So the price for Lunch Buffet is effectively 12 Euro, and not 8.50 Euro. While I am not bankrupt after paying 12 Euro for Mittagsbuffet, I do not approve of false information being provided. Had it been known before, I would have made fairer and objective choice of picking other restaurants. Not to mention the drink sales are FORCED, and prices are total rip-off. And the the basic size is 500ml, a cunning way of reducing the appetite of the customers in "all you can eat buffet".

The menu included a soup, a schnitzel creation plus side, dessert and a schnaps. I decided on the beef & tortellini soup, the Paprika Schnitzel (turkey) with fries and the Stracciatella Becher. The food was on point. The soup was cooked from real beef and not some pre-bought beef stock. The Schnitzel had a good size, was crispy & delicious and just the right amount of fries came with it. The side salad that came between soup and main was a nice touch. The dessert was not exactly fancy but still enjoyable. The service was a little slow towards the end when I tried to pay, but it was really friendly. Overall I have no actual complaints and wouldn't mind coming back.

So in summary nothing to write home about but helps cure that pesky Friday morning hangover. (or hangovers on any day of the week not just Fridays)
