We were here on a Sunday night around 19:00-20:00 o'clock. We were the only customers the entire…read moretime. The place wasn't great. I don't know why it has such a high average rating. It's clearly a family run place. Father, and mother both don't speak German (the language I used) well at all. I guess that is why, other then their daughter who speaks excellent German, there was also a German waitress there. Although we were the only customers, we were alternatively served by all four (the family and the German girl) which was strange. The parents couldn't answer questions, the German girl was probably very new and not helpful either. I also think that if they are all sitting at one of their own tables chatting, then do it where you can see your customers so that if they need you they just have to wink. I had to walk to the staff when I needed something during my meal. Pretty silly when there are 'waiters' and we are the only guests. The only thing that was above average in this place was the food. Although the won-ton soup had won-tons so big they could impossibly fit in my mouth. So I used my knife and fork to cut them first. The music was too loud. Some kind of pop-jazz. Maybe it needs to be that loud when the place is full, but not when we are the only ones. The bathrooms are dated. The sink has cold water only. In the corner of the men's bathroom were the cleaning tools, bucket, mob etc.

Watch out for green peppers though as they are bitter and had i known would have had then taken out. Ask for a side of fried rice for a couple of euros rather than boiled. They do the rice very well. My brother had the basil with duck, a thai classic. Also cooked well and was good. Both i would have again. All in all a pretty good meal. Tip: they don't take cards and do not advertise this so make sure to bring cash. The seating is a high table and high chairs with no backs so probably not suitable place to eat if elderly or needing back support.
