Getting the Mongolian BBQ makes ordering easy even with language barriers. Pick your raw ingredients. Get the sauce ticket (only consider hot - it's not hot but flavorful). Hand it to one of the chefs and they'll cook it in front of you. The most interesting choice: They had kangaroo meat that was very tasty. Amongst the other dishes (non BBQ buffet): The duck was good. In Europe duck seems to have more fat than in the US.
