Apparently the residents of Trier don't know what they're missing: the food was delicious, served almost immediately (obviously the kitchen wasn't busy), fresh, flavorful, and high-quality.
The menu is extensive and varied, and contains some Thai and Indonesian items in addition to more typical expat-Chinese fare.
