Okay so don't expect anything like gourmet Chinese food (I mean, it's fast food anyway right), but you will get what I believe is decent food and decent portion sizes for your money (what your money can get these days-- inflation sucks). I usually get a dinner combination like Szechuan chicken or some other spicy dish, while my wife likes their wings. The egg rolls are good, as is the pork fried rice. They've added some new dishes to the menu that we haven't tried yet, but I'm sure we will soon. Order take out and go ahead and get there 10 minutes later; it will be ready. They're awesome like that. Parking isn't so great though. It's in the Publix plaza but the parking doesn't work too well. We just park in the fire lane right in front of the place, go inside and pay and head on out. Easy-peasy. So do most of their take out customers. I've also ordered on line plenty of times. The place went down a while ago. They used to actually make the eggrolls now they have eggrolls that taste like they're from Sam's Club that they just deep-fried. They have no jumbo fried shrimp or shrimp eggrolls, which is crazy for a Chinese place not to have any shrimp eggrolls. It is too expensive for the small portions. I ordered the Happy Family and my wife ordered the Seafood Delight dinner. On a positive note the delivery was on time. I asked them to spice up my dish . We had the Hot and Sour Soup and four egg rolls and fried rice with our dinners. First of all I cook Chinese food at home. Egg rolls , hot and sour soup, fried rice, etc. We tried the hot and sour soup first and it tasted like maybe they had started to run out of soup and poured more chicken broth in the pot to stretch it out because it was not spiced hot and was so bland kinda like weak chicken broth. We did not finish the soup. Both dishes were so vey bland . We eat a lot of Chinese Food and we both agreed this was the most tasteless we have eaten. The only redeeming part of the meal were the egg rolls. They were well prepared and tasty! Would we order from this restaurant again. Price was very expensive for the quality of the food. Had the Shrimp and Cashews it was very good. I don't like egg rolls so I had a soda instead. The rice was different than most fried rice that I have had but it was very good. The service was good and I ordered it to go and it took about 5-10 minutes so all good. The only reason it only got 4 stars as I think we could have had a few more shrimp in there. Started going through the bag and realized they forgot the white rice. Called the restaurant and asked for it. First the lady answered the phone never once apologized for their mistake. Very impressed!! We got sesame chicken, king po chicken, crab Rangoon, and shrimp and pork egg rolls. Everything was extremely fresh. Very fast delivery too. My Kung po chicken was packed full of FRESH veggies and crunchy peanuts! The chicken was good. The usual Chinese restaurant chicken. Sesame chicken was very good too. Crab Rangoon had a lot of filling and very garlicky in a good way. Sweet and sour sauce good. Both egg rolls good and not too greasy. My only suggestion is to include chopsticks with the order!! We requested them but they never came. I also think an upgrade on the chicken would make this place 5 stars!!! The quality it alright but could be better. read more

My coworkers and I ordered from them for lunch and it will be the last time we do so. We had three separate orders and we were told it's a $2 delivery fee per order which was a total of a $6 fee. When the driver came he was extremely rude saying that we didn't tip him demanding more money. ( I believe $6 is plenty). Then he says he will put us on the no delivery list and sarcastically says he hopes we enjoy our food. Additionally I called to speak to the manager and all he said was I will send another driver next time. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service from this place. How terrible is the food? Let me count the ways. I asked for fried rice, however, that's not what I received. It was yellow rice. It's the same type of rice I make when cooking Spanish food. This rice didn't even have any flavor. The egg roll was awful. It barely had any of flavor either. The portion was not very generous. I had Kung Pao chicken which is supposed to be hot and spicy but this wasn't at all. Unfortunately, this was as bland as the other items. Usually, when you get Chinese takeout the containers are heavy and the food is up to the plastic lid. But not here. I had to double check the bag to make sure I was given the correct order. I asked for soy sauce and hot mustard but they never put it in the bag. I also asked for chopsticks but they were missing too. So many other reviews stated the food was awful. We just received our order from China One. We were told it would take an hour. 2 hours later the delivery person arrived. The wrong address had been put on the slip. When we opened the bag we found that one meal that we paid for was missing along with both white rice that was supposed to come with the meals. In addition the Krab Ragoon that we ordered and the free Krab Ragoon were cold. I called them and the owner said he would send someone out with the missing food and he would make us another order of Krab Ragoon but he wanted the cold Krab Ragoon back in return. I told him that we had eatten 3 of them (one per person), that's how we knew they were cold. He said that he would only remake the one order, not the free ones. He arrived in short order with another bag and asked again for the cold Krab Ragoon. I told him that we ate them because we were starving. He left and when we opened the bag we were still missing one white rice. I called again and explained how unhappy I was and that we were still missing part of the order. I was told that it was the owner that delivered to us the 2nd time and he had not yet returned to the store but he would call me. Not a surprise, no call. Will not ever go there again. read more

Ordered the vegetable chow mein, to my surprise there wasn't any noodles. Coming from California not something I expected at all from a chinese restaurant. I went as far as using Google to check for varieties of chow mein... Didn't come across any that didn't have noodles in dish. Highly disappointed. Didn't eat anything but the spring rolls I also ordered on the side. Good thing I brought a salad to my friends just in case we ordered pizza... Wish we went with pizza. I have to say that this is not my favorite chinese restaurant. I have lots of friends that like this place so it may be just me. Again, it's just another little chinese restaurant. They're pretty much all the same but I'm not a fan of the food here. There is one dish that I particularly like here and that's the szechuan chicken. I have tried this place a few times, and I have to say this is the best Chinese carry-out in the area. The owner (I believe his name is Steve) knows me "so well" (as I have mentioned, I have only been there a few times) but he knows what I want the second I step in the door. Beef and Vegetables! He says. D#mn Right! :) I love their rice as well, and a good Chinese place has to cook good rice. This place has character, and so do the people working there. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I ordered takeout. Got home to see THEY forgot the sweet and sour sauce! My son called and asked them to deliver the sauce since THEY forgot it. They wouldn't!! My son take the food up there and ask them to remake the food since it was now cold. They wouldn't!! My son spoke to the manager and HE, Steve, would not have the food remade!!
