Restaurant waiting area for "orders to go" is very small. I had the curry chicken, while others in my party enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken along with the orange chicken. We all had pan noodle instead of the normal rice that come as the side. The noodles were no extra charge and were absolutely delicious!!! We had an order of potstickers also, but they weren't anything to brag about, just your typical pot stickers. A family of four to get out of a Chinese restaurant in our local area for under 40 bucks! I was pleasantly surprised with China Inn. I honestly was not expecting much, but wanted to check out our newest local restaurant. With so many things opening and closing in this location I almost was going because I felt bad for them. But i don't think this place will be shutting down anytime soon! I used to be a server at Hanford Chinese kitchen and ate there almost every day after my shift. Now my favorite lunch place over anywhere in Hanford. We made the drive and let me say the rumors were true. I ordered Shrimp with half fried rice and half chow mein, still fresh and hot even after the commute back to work. Everything was made to perfection. My friend ordered Mongolian beef with steamed rice, there were lots of fresh zucchini cut up and other veggies flavored in just right including spicy flavor-we ate the entire thing. Although there are many good Chinese restaurants in the neighboring town of Hanford, I prefer to go to China Inn. Prices are great, food is wonderful, the servers are always cheerful. This restaurant is a great addition to the community of Lemoore. read more

I have a little reservations on this place cause sometimes it's good and other times not so good. Not very consistence. I've had the house special chow mein and it has shrimps, beef, chicken, and varies veggies. The chow-mien is great & traditional. The fried rice was excellent. My only suggestion is that the front/cashier workers be reminded, every now & then, that not all customers are local. My wife & I stayed in Lemoore for a couple of nights as we were only passing through. Coming from an Asian background I do know what homemade tastes compared to cheap and premade. I've been there to dine in once and it was alright depending on what you order. I've ordered a meal and well wasn't exactly what I expected. Chow mein was was soggy. The patty that's in the meal was a mess looks like random stuff put together and doesn't have a taste sauce on it is bland. Chicken is the common cheap frozen brand that I've found at multiple other restaurants. Fried rice was the best item on the plate has a good texture not to dry not to soggy ok flavor. I wouldn't recommend but if you want to you can try it out for yourself. 1 star for customer service and the female server is very nice. And the 2nd is for the rice. read more

I'm not sure why several people rated this restaurant so low. For Americanized Chinese food it's not bad. I've eaten there several times, and it's always fresh cooked and flavorful. The staff are friendly. I don't come from an Asian background, but I've eaten in Hong Kong, mainland China, and Taiwan. There are very few Chinese restaurants in the States, that serve actual authentic Chinese food. That's why I call it Americanized. So far, this is the best stuff going in Lemoore. read more

I went here the other night because I wanted to see if this place was any good because of all the good reviews. I've had worse... Is not a good start to a review. I ordered the combo B or something... The fried rice and chow mein was suppose to be pork but they were tiny specs that you couldn't even taste. The other thing I don't know what it was was drenched in some kind of gross gravy so I left it alone... Besides it was burnt. The brandy chicken wings were flavorless and stuffed at the bottom of my chow mein noodle bag... I figured out they were there by the oil stains on the bag. My husband and I visited for the first time. Dead roaches on the porch right in front of the entrance door was a bad sign and just overall unappealing. I ordered the orange chicken and vegetable chowmein. My husband ordered some sort of combination plate. We paid $25 excluding tip and had waters to drink. I definitely thought it wasn't worth the price. The orange chicken wasn't that great and you can tell its bought frozen pre-made and they just cook it and add sauce. The chowmein was pretty good. Food is usually good however the wait staff can take forever and forget things quite often which can make the dine in experience really awful. Two of the times I have gone I have had to get up and go to the front desk to ask for a drink that never came. This is my favorite chinese restaurant in town. It's fairly new and so at first we were hesitant but when we tried it it was really good. Their wor wonton soup and kung pao chicken are my favorite.
