Honestly, where do I begin? My husband and I were in the area shopping for fireplace stone to build a small backyard firepit. Little did we know, we would not end up buying fireplace stone, but a whole dang hot tub instead. We were faced with selling our current tub before we could commit to the new one. Two weeks later, we were coming back to Derrick and Daryl ready to buy the new fancy Saratoga Spa on their from porch. Delivery with Randy and Daryl went flawless. They installed the cover lifter and were able to maneuver it into place. Thank you both! Now, if my above review isn't enough, the team at the Hearthside Shoppe gets better. We had a small issue with our tub after a few days of use. They had their tech Dry out THE NEXT DAY! He was able to diagnose the issue and called me later that evening to tell me he would be there on Monday morning to fix it (this was Friday). That experience does not happen at other places. This is where I got my pellet stove, and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Northern New York for one. They have an excellent selection (Quadrafires, Heatilator, and others) and the friendliest staff. The fellows who installed my stove did so during a raging snowstorm, never lost a good attitude even though the installation was made difficult by complications a prior DIY job caused. (Mea culpa.)
