I attended the Historical Gun Association of BC, gun show over the weekend in Chilliwack. It was the first gun show I have ever been to. The venue was the Chilliwack Heritage Park, which has a large 160,000 square foot facility for events. I'm not yet a gun license holder & to buy guns at this show, one had to have a licence. I went out of curiosity & to hangout with several friends that have previously been in service for country. I was enthralled with the classic Remington & Winchester rifles, as I grew up watching old school westerns on TV. It was an interesting display of guns & other weapons. I spent about 2 hours going around checking everything out. All I need to do now is take a two day course & then apply for my fire arms license. Now yelpies in America, try not to LOL when you see the pictures I post. There are more restrictive fire arms laws up here in Canada, so we don't have quite the personal arsenal like y'all have to start WWIII. Yikes! read more

This was where the Ride to Conquer Cancer event was held. The venue is quite big. There are three barns connected to each other. It was perfect because we managed to use all three barns. As well behind there is a big giant field. We had the tents set up on the side. The venue is huge and clean. read more
