We ordered the food about 3pm on line so would be delivered when got home from work ( it said they…read moredon't open till 5pm)which was fine as we didn't get in that day till then (4:50pm) Got a text a little later saying order will be delivered at 6pm ? Thought ok possibly delivery driver don't start till then. At 6:22pm rang Ali's up as no food arrived , they said will be there in 2minutes thought great (we only live about 3mins away up the road) got to 6:55pm when they turned up (don't know if driver went via Leeds) paid £10 for 2 quarter cheese burgers 2 chips / garlic mushrooms and a cake thing CHIPS cold and BURGERS same not hot and bread cakes soggy...."total shit" NEVER AGAIN , lost my custom . So be warned :-(
