All the classic flavors taste like the classic flavors. We were told new flavors get introduced pretty often too. The person helping us was friendly and gave us so many samples to try. It was GREAT. And my little one got a free baby icecream. I don't know if I can ever say anything bad about icecream. This is a solid family friendly spot. Parking was easy and there are several outdoor tables around for seating. Will definitely be returning. See images for their specials. Not everyone serves Matcha and most cases is just hard to find an ice cream. I went back to try it at the Brewster's location and I just asked for a simple cone and I got this massive ice cream so worth it in the best thing ever. Not pictured we also got a peanut butter buckeye. That one was really good as well. The staff was super nice and super quick. There's no inside to sit in, but you can order outside or through a drive-thru. It's a nice spot definitely on a summer day or even in the winter like I did.

Baskin Robbins Online Customer Service replied stating "Please allow two business days for the franchisee or store representative to reach out and address the situation. If you do not receive a follow-up after two business days, please reply to this email to let us know." - From Customer Care Coordinator...BUT...They never responded to my follow up emails to them. Shirley, the store manager, the owner and online customer service never reimbursed me. Be warned - If you want a cake for a special occasion - DO NOT ORDER IT AT THIS LOCATION.
