Service was very attentive and friendly. Boba tasted like mochi balls. Got three drinks and sweetness level is pretty good. I got half sweet so drinks were not sweet at all. Milk tea is good. Not too much milk and not ok much tea. Lychee green tea is average. Not premium but decent snd refreshing.

Tried the Banana Coffee today and honestly loved it. The banana aroma blends surprisingly well with the smooth coffee, plus a light hint of cinnamon that makes the drink extra comforting and refreshing on a hot day. Very mellow, flavorful, and refreshing with every sip. Overall good location, easy parking and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Tried the kumquat honey lemon tea from Chill Coffee and it was actually really refreshing. Got it less sweet, which was definitely the move -- still has a nice natural sweetness from the honey without being overpowering. Flavor-wise, it's bright and citrusy with a slight bitterness from the kumquat, balanced out well by the honey. Doesn't taste artificial or syrupy like some places. The passion fruit puree with seeds at the bottom adds a tangy punch and a little crunch, which makes the drink more interesting texture-wise. Portion size is solid and feels worth it for the price. Overall a good option if you want something light and refreshing instead of a heavy milk tea. Drink came fast, friendly staff. I'd get it again, especially on a hot day.

Super cute spot! Parking is a bit difficult with a lot of cars, but you're bound to find a spot eventually. Their tropical tea is good and sweet and their salty cream coffee has the right amount of espresso taste! The drinks come out quick and servers are nice.

Very relaxed vibes here. It's one of many coffee and boba shops in the area. This place is a solid 7. The decorations were cute and matched the recent Tet holiday that just passed. Found a new coffee and matcha spot in OC and had to try it! All their matcha drinks come with OAT MILK! Loved the matcha and Viet coffee drinks here. They were very creamy and packed a punch! I recommend trying signature phin coffee drinks! That first sip got me wired lol. If you want a caffeine free alternative, I recommend the Tiger Mochi Boba! Their boba mochi was goood! It was like a mochi like texture, not the typical boba pearl balls. The best part is you can add more shots of coffee in your drink, no charge! Service was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful with tips on what to order for my first visit. They have a few tables inside. Nice little decor on the wall. read more

I came by on a weekday around 2:30pm and there was no line. The shop is nice and clean, however pretty small inside. I ordered the salted Vietnamese coffee . The young lady who took my order asked me if I like to make my coffee sweeter as their coffee tends to be bitter. I appreciate she mentioned that to me before making my coffee. My coffee was still considered bitter for me however drinkable. May come back if I am in the area. Parking is ok on weekdays, maybe tight on weekends. read more

I was in the area getting a haircut and decided to stop by. They are in their soft opening and have been there a few months. The staff member was very polite and helpful in describing their drinks. I ordered the egg coffee and double matcha. The egg coffee was very creamy and strong. I'm a big matcha fan but I didn't really like theirs. I would come back for their coffee drinks. The BEST Pandan matcha around. It is delicious. I have only gotten it with 70% sweetness (reading from the reviews, it's best to) and it is delicious. The parking around isn't the best but I always find to manage a spot. I think the Pandan Matcha is the perfect combination of matcha and Pandan. I don't think they overpower one another and it goes hand in hand beautifully. The service is quick and the ambience is very nice itself too. Chill Coffee is seriously such a gem. The owner and staff are always so sweet and welcoming! The matcha is one of my tops in OC. My absolute favorites are the double matcha and the pandan matcha. Both are super smooth, creamy, and rich. We also liked the banana matcha - It didn't taste artificial but almost like a banana milk it was so good!! We came in during their soft opening and luckily we ordered right away. The service is nice and our drinks came out quickly. The flavors in the drinks are really good! My friends got the Kumquat Honey Lemon Tea and the Fresh Strawberry Tea. I got the Thai Green Milk Tea and I really enjoyed how balanced it is with the milk and the floralness of the tea. Some places often over brew their tea and make it too floral for my taste. I would come back and try their toppings and other drinks. It looks like they are specializing in matcha drinks. Drinks: I got the double matcha and green thai tea. The matcha was rich and strong, and the cream top did not taste artificial. I recommend 75% sugar on it. The thai green tea was pretty decent and perfectly sweet. Was it the best gtt I've ever had? No, but for $5 it's unbeatable. Service: Pretty standard. Nothing bad about it. Wait time was 5 minutes ish. Ambiance: Well decorated place with few seating, I loved the matcha decorations! Overall: For price to quality it's amazing; I really hope the prices don't inflate in the future. Recommendations: I'd love to see some type of branding on the cups, maybe a sticker so that the pics go even harder read more

I got the lychee green iced tea and it was overly filled with ice and overall just not that good. If you hate AI hate just as much as I do, this place is a turn off and disgrace to all real artists. They had a generated AI poster on their wall with a labubu holding a matcha drink, and smacked their logo sticker on. If a business is willing to cut corners in their appearance, what other corners are they cutting that we can't see? Perhaps the ingredients, which would explain the low quality flavor of my drink and that of my friend's strawberry matcha who told me the strawberry syrup was sour. The bells and whistles matter just as much as the machine itself. Will not be returning. read more

Chill Coffee was founded in 2025 by two best friends with a shared dream: to craft the finest coffee and matcha drinks in the heart of Little Saigon. One co-founder moved down from Portland, OR to turn her vision into reality, while the other has long called Orange County home. Together, they blend their passion, creativity, and love for the craft—bringing delicious, thoughtfully made coffee and tea beverages to the local community. Meet the Business Owner: Tracy N.

Tracy’s journey began in Saigon, Vietnam, where she grew up with a love for crafting drinks for friends and family. From soda pops and lemonades to coffee and tea, her passion for beverages was evident from a young age. After moving to the United States, Tracy spent most of her life in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon. In 2019, she opened her first boba shop—and within just a few years, launched a second location, building a loyal following and gaining over five years of hands-on experience in creating delicious boba tea drinks. In 2025, Tracy made the move to sunny California, inspired to bring her beverage-making talents to Orange County. With a deep commitment to quality and creativity, she now focuses on perfecting her coffee and matcha offerings—drinks designed to spark joy and bring a smile to every customer she serves.

The earl grey is light enough that it doesn't overpower the matcha, so you can actually taste both flavors clearly without one taking over the other. The Hojicha Vanilla Cream Latte was also really good. The cream on top was silky, smooth, and rich, adding a nice layer of sweetness that paired well with the roasted, nutty flavor of the hojicha. It made the drink feel really comforting and well put together.

Very cute coffee shop in the heart of Little Saigon Bolsa. They are located right underneath Seafood Cove, across the street from Asian Garden Mall. I've tried many of their coffee drinks and matcha series. My favorite are the egg cream brûlée coffee (less sweet) and matcha with vanilla cold foam (less sweet). Their coffee latte is super good and on par some of the best coffee shops in the area. You can pick Vietnamese coffee or American latte for the coffee base. You can ask them for extra coffee shots with no additional charge! Their matcha drinks are amazingly good. I drank 4 cups in the last 7 days.
