This was my first time at this location, and it was a decent experience. The waiter was really nice and the staff was really friendly as well. The restaurant is really clean as well. We had had an appetizer, steak and shrimp fajitas and chicken crispers combo. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. I had the steak and shrimp fajitas, but my steak had a really funny taste to it. Al in the bar is always so sweet. She makes us want to come back. Service is always fast. I have 2 issues with this place though. 1. It's always FREEZING in there. Like, uncomfortably cold no matter the time of year. 2. This might sound mean, but it's true. There should still be some standards for staff on appearance. The greeter just looks so unkempt. But today, I was starving and decided to give this location a chance. I'm so glad I did! This Chili's is the complete opposite of my past experiences. Despite being crazy busy, the service was outstanding--not just from our server/bartender (shoutout to Rachel !), but from every single staff member I encountered, from the hostess to the management team. REVIEW DURING COVID 19- We had been in the area and hadn't been to Chilies since in a while. So we decided to stop by. They do have an option to be put on a waitlist in which they text you when a table is available, so that not many people are waiting in the restaurant. I did put our name down but we were 5 min away so decided to just walk in. Unfortunately we did wait a while to be seated as they have to fill tables in a specific order to follow covid protocol. SERVICE- I will say the host was extremely nice she apologized multiple times for our wait though it was out of her control. Our waiter Hailey was phenomenal. She remembered exactly what we ordered, our food came out quickly and she made sure to bring extra utensils and water when she saw we were needed. We literally didn't have to ask for anything as she was already coming with it. FOOD- Though my steak had not been well done and I winded up sending it back; everything else came out extremely fresh and cooked to perfection. Portions at Chilis are definitely shareable which is great. We got the appetizer sampler 2 entree and a desert and we had enough food to take home. From the first entrance of the restaurant, you are greeted with smiles and promptness. The servers and the managers are absolutely amazing. They are very attentive and continue to check on you throughout your entire stay. The vibe is very chill and laid-back. Very good for just a quick night out for dinner. Considering it was Super Bowl Weekend in Atlanta, I was definitely not going anywhere in downtown Atlanta. We decided on Chili's and it is 15 minutes from my house. We only waited 5 minutes for a table for 4. I can't recall out Servers name... She was good. She recommended the Grand Romance which is a Grand Marnier and lunazul tequila Margarita and it was delicious. We ordered a few different things Appetizer we ordered the eggrolls, chipolate chicken crisper and cheese bits- they were delicious. Just a typical Chili's . My sister and I waited for our table to be cleaned out by the hostess. After the hostess was finished, she took us to the table. The table and the seats were soaking wet from being wiped down. My sister asked for napkins and the hostess brought one napkin to wipe down both sides of the booth and the table.
