Food was 3.5. Smoked sausage was weird, tasted like a strange breakfast sausage. Rib's were good. Queso dip was OK; a little too thin and runny and the chips were thin & many were broken. Asked for crispy fries - but they were cool & definitely not crispy. A/C was extremely cold and the music was terrible and waaay too loud blasting from crappy Bose ceiling speakers. Was loud enough we could barely have table conversation and it was hard to converse with our server. Staff was friendly. read more

Nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff. Ordered the half rack of ribs with quesadillas as a part of the pick two combo and the food was delicious. Emma was our waitress's name and she was amazing. Every time we eat here we get great service read more

Enjoyed the entire experience at the Chili's in Peachtree City GA. Server was excellent!

Little disappointed today. Three of us ordered burgers and fries. Usually they're so good and fries are usually seasoned well and served hot but not as good today. Jenna was a great waitress but you could tell they had her covering too many tables today. She apologized and was very sweet but we could tell it wasn't her fault. Not giving up and will definitely go again. read more

This was my first time at this location, and it was a decent experience. The waiter was really nice and the staff was really friendly as well. The restaurant is really clean as well. We had had an appetizer, steak and shrimp fajitas and chicken crispers combo. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. I had the steak and shrimp fajitas, but my steak had a really funny taste to it. I didn't like the steak. But the shrimp and corn were delicious. My husband enjoyed his chicken crispers combo, and the appetizer. We may be back, if we're in the area. read more

I ate at this location yesterday 04/07/26 for lunch. The food was fantastic and the waitress was even better. I will definitely be back, try the chicken quesadillas you can't go wrong. read more

They don't honor the waitlist or fundamentally understand what a waitlist is. If you wait an hour on a waitlist and are prescribed a seating time, they hostess will turn that time into wasted effort. "A restaurant waitlist is a structured system used to manage guests when tables are unavailable. Instead of turning guests away or letting them wait in crowded entrances, restaurants place guests into a queue and seat them as tables become available." read more

Went to this location on 4/26/26. Surprised by the great service received. Emma was my server's name, she was undeniably one of the best server's I had in a very long time. The food was hot and fresh, and everything from the drinks, burgers, wings, and crispers was delicious. I hope this restaurant will continue to provide great food and excellent customer service. read more

Al in the bar is always so sweet. She makes us want to come back. Service is always fast. I have 2 issues with this place though. 1. It's always FREEZING in there. Like, uncomfortably cold no matter the time of year. 2. This might sound mean, but it's true. There should still be some standards for staff on appearance. The greeter just looks so unkempt. She seems nice, but that doesn't excuse her appearance. I'm not sure why this would be their choice for a first impression. read more

On Sept 5th hubby was in the hospital I needed to take a break to grab something to eat. I've been wanting these Southwestern Egg rolls forever and decided this was my chance to eat alone and not share with anyone. Lol My server Micaela was very attentive she didn't miss a beat. I ordered the Triple Dipper, fries and a to go order of Shrimp and chicken pasta(will update review once I eat the pasta). The Triple Dipper arrived hot an delicious. Fries were a little salty but still good. Sweet Tea- I'm usually skeptical about order tea cuz it's not sweet enough but BABY this tea was sweet for this Southern Girl, Micaela gave me a cup to go. On a Thursday evening the place wasn't crowded I walked in and was seated right away, wasn't noisy so the ambiance ok just what I needed to break away from the hospital. I will most definitely visit again! I'm very picky when it comes to eating out so I'm overly excited when my food arrives without incident. read more

I had honestly given up on Chili's for almost eight years due to consistently bad experiences--dirty restaurants, subpar food, and poor service. But today, I was starving and decided to give this location a chance. I'm so glad I did! This Chili's is the complete opposite of my past experiences. Despite being crazy busy, the service was outstanding--not just from our server/bartender (shoutout to Rachel !), but from every single staff member I encountered, from the hostess to the management team. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which is rare in the restaurant industry. The food was exceptional, something I never expected to say about Chili's, and the restrooms were actually clean and refreshing (which, let's be honest, isn't always the case at chain restaurants). A huge KUDOS to the management team! They've clearly set the tone for an amazing dining experience. It's not easy to get a whole team on the same page and create an environment where employees seem to truly enjoy their jobs. For the first time in nearly a decade, I can confidently say--I'll be back! read more

The food was a 10/10. The customer service was amazing. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. We did not have to wait to be seated. Our waiter recommended one the most common ordered alcoholic beverages and it was a hit. The food was fresh and hot and it took about 10 minutes for us to receive our food. Also, the chips and salsa was fresh as well. I definitely recommend this location. It is very spacious and nice for big groups. I will definitely be coming back. read more

This evening (7/10/26), we placed a take out order (check #980151) we order the Santa Fe crisper salad, the chicken bacon quesadilla, and the triple dipper appetizer and the three that we're supposed to be on the appetizer were chicken, crispers mozzarella sticks, and the mini sliders which were burger bites I believe was the name on the menu. When we got home with the food after picking it up, the burger bites were missing from the triple dipper so I called to let them know it was missing.. The woman put me on hold after telling me she would have to go talk to the manager. It should've been something simple like we'll put that order in right away. If you can come back and pick it up, we'll have it ready for you. But no instead the gal came back and said that the manager doesn't have time to deal with me because they are too busy that if I call back at 8 o'clock she'll have time to talk with me. I said absolutely not. We're gonna be there in eight minutes to pick them up. No manager in any industry should treat their customers this way! Total disregard for the aggravation that we have to go through to drive back to the restaurant which we were totally willing to do even though it was an inconvenience but to tell us to wait and call them after 8 o'clock when we picked our food up at 6:18 PM and wanted to eat it while it was hot. Why should we have to wait just because they're busy? We placed our order they took our order and the money, but didn't give us the food. My husband went back and picked it up, and they did correct it but the attitude of either the manager or the person that was on the phone, who actually said what she told me was completely unprofessional and should not be in any sort of industry, dealing with customers that person should be fired or at least put in school to learn how to deal with Customers read more

REVIEW DURING COVID 19- We had been in the area and hadn't been to Chilies since in a while. So we decided to stop by. They do have an option to be put on a waitlist in which they text you when a table is available, so that not many people are waiting in the restaurant. I did put our name down but we were 5 min away so decided to just walk in. Unfortunately we did wait a while to be seated as they have to fill tables in a specific order to follow covid protocol. SERVICE- I will say the host was extremely nice she apologized multiple times for our wait though it was out of her control. Our waiter Hailey was phenomenal. She remembered exactly what we ordered, our food came out quickly and she made sure to bring extra utensils and water when she saw we were needed. We literally didn't have to ask for anything as she was already coming with it. FOOD- Though my steak had not been well done and I winded up sending it back; everything else came out extremely fresh and cooked to perfection. Portions at Chilis are definitely shareable which is great. We got the appetizer sampler 2 entree and a desert and we had enough food to take home. I would say Chillies is definitely a hit or miss sometimes (I should have definitely passed on the steak) but if you happen to be in the Peachtree City try to be seated in Haileys section she won't disappoint ! read more

Title: "Dylan: The Legend of Chili's" Once upon a time, in a land not so far away (a.k.a. my local Chili's), I embarked on a culinary adventure that would forever change my perception of dining out. Little did I know, I was about to encounter the legendary server named Dylan, who, I can confidently say, deserves a medal, a statue, or at the very least, a commemorative plate with his face on it. From the moment I stepped into Chili's, I was greeted by the intoxicating aroma of sizzling fajitas and the warm ambiance of casual dining. But it was Dylan who truly made the experience unforgettable. Picture this: a young man, full of life and enthusiasm, with an apron that seemed to have superpowers. I could tell right away he was not just any server; he was the chosen one. As I perused the menu, I felt a wave of indecision wash over me. Should I go for the classic Baby Back Ribs? The mouthwatering Quesadilla Explosion Salad? The ever-so-tempting Triple Dipper? Dylan, sensing my struggle from across the room, swooped in like a culinary superhero. "Need help, my friend?" he asked, with a grin that could cheer up even the grumpiest of patrons. Dylan didn't just take my order; he served it with a side of charisma and a pinch of comedy. "You know," he said, leaning in as if sharing a state secret, "the secret to the perfect Chili's experience is to get the Molten Lava Cake for dessert. It's basically a hug for your taste buds." I was sold. Not only was Dylan a server, but he was also a culinary philosopher, wielding wisdom that could rival that of Socrates (if Socrates had a taste for chips and salsa). As I waited for my food, I watched Dylan in action. He was like a tornado of positivity, gliding from table to table, cracking jokes, and making friends with everyone. He even convinced a couple at the next table to try the "Chili's Challenge": finishing a full order of nachos in under five minutes. Spoiler alert: they failed, but not without a hearty laugh and a round of applause from the rest of us. Dylan's infectious energy turned the restaurant into a comedy club, and I half expected him to pull out a microphone and start a stand-up routine. When my food finally arrived, it was like a scene from a movie. Dylan presented my order with the flair of a Broadway performer. "And here we have the glorious Triple Dipper, drizzled with a sauce so sweet it'll make your ex jealous!" I was laughing so hard I almost dropped my fork. If this whole server thing doesn't work out for him, I'm convinced Dylan could have a successful career as a comedian--or a motivational speaker for indecisive diners. As I dug into my meal, I realized I was not just eating; I was experiencing a feast of flavors--accompanied by the delightful commentary from my favorite server. "Don't forget to dip those mozzarella sticks in ranch," he advised, "because life is too short for boring condiments." He was right. The mozzarella sticks were now on a new level of deliciousness, and I felt like I was living my best life. As I finished my meal and prepared to leave, I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for Dylan and this unforgettable dining experience. He had not only filled my stomach but also my heart with laughter and joy. I left Chili's that day not just satisfied, but with a newfound appreciation for the art of service. So, here's to you, Dylan. May you continue to sprinkle your magic at Chili's, turning every meal into a memorable adventure. If I could have a Chili's loyalty card with your face on it, I would. Until next time, my friend--keep being the legend that you are! Dylan is hands down the best server I have had in my 30 years of life. Gun to my head-Travis Kelce or Dylan- I'm throwing the ball to Dylan. read more

Ew! This place is N A S T Y! The food is reheated garbage. Your local grocery store probably has similar or better frozen food options. The tortilla soup with chicken is overly salted and the chicken mimics mystery meat appearance and taste. Overall quality was awful. Fettuccine Alfredo was made out of white chip queso, seriously Chili's?! Do better. It literally had no color whatsoever. Fried pickles were so so. If you enjoy fried menu items, this will likely be a win for you. Save your stomach the ache and go somewhere serving real food. Quality service by our waitress on the bright side. read more

From the first entrance of the restaurant, you are greeted with smiles and promptness. The servers and the managers are absolutely amazing. They are very attentive and continue to check on you throughout your entire stay. The vibe is very chill and laid-back. Very good for just a quick night out for dinner. Awful awful awful. I clarified twice on the phone tonight (Oct 4th 2024) my name for the Togo order is BILLY not BARRY. So let's proceed to wait time. I understand it's busy but I waited for an hour and 30 for two meals after she said 30 minutes. Now for the kicker. My order was sitting on THEIR counter for 45 minutes because the order said BARRY!!!!! Are you kidding me!!?? And person who took my payment didn't know how to apply my military discount. I also asked how long had my food been sitting there. She said "not long". A customer behind me said " that's a lie, it's been sitting on that counter since I got here". Same customer said 730 her food will be ready. It's currently 851 and she's still waiting. Jesus man the worst experience I could've had. read more

We only waited 5 minutes for a table for 4. I can't recall out Servers name... She was good. She recommended the Grand Romance which is a Grand Marnier and lunazul tequila Margarita and it was delicious. We ordered a few different things Appetizer we ordered the eggrolls, chipolate chicken crisper and cheese bits- they were delicious. I love this place ! I'm happy that there is a reasonably priced restaurant in Peachtree city . $5 Margarita of the month and eight dollar lunch specials. You can't get that anywhere else in this town. I had ok service . They forgot to bring ketchup, Napkins and all the other things. I've been to Chili's locations all over the United States (Colorado, Texas, Georgia, etc.) and I can safety say to stay clear of this one. Servers are kind, but every time I've eaten here in recent years I've had issues with the aftermath. Just a typical Chili's . My sister and I waited for our table to be cleaned out by the hostess. After the hostess was finished, she took us to the table. OMG. I've ordered Chili's to go a few times over the past couple of months. The product was average. BUT this take out was horrible. I opened the container and it looked like they chopped up a very old bean burger and added very old veggies to the supposed "veggie black bean fajita", The operative word is very "old." And the icing on the cake? I ordered CORN tortillas and instead received a very old looking Olive Garden roll {pictured}. read more
