Loooove the Jumbo Soft Pretzels!! The mini burgers are okay too, but Islands variety is much better for the price. I used to truly enjoy visiting this particular location, but the last two times I have been there, its taken over 15 minutes to be able to place a drink order at the bar. Both times we were there for over a half an hour before we placed our food order. There was a new young male bartender & he seemed more interested in running between the kitchen & main dining area than taking care of his bar clients. I only continue going to this chili's because i like the chicken crispers $10 meal. The last few times i went here i didn't end up tipping anything. Their service cannot get any worse. I went there two weeks ago and ordered, 15 minutes went by and my food still didn't arrive. I tried to get my servants attention a few times, we had eye contact but she ignored me. I then went to the host (the guy who seats guests) and asked him if it was a problem if i left because the servant was ignoring me. I wanted to tell her to not put bacon on the loaded mashed potatoes. I sat back did because i was hungry and i waived my servant down and she ignored me again then went to her kiosk and printed off 8 receipts for a group of 8 who were paying separately. She then went to a table with two guests who were just seated. After she was done taking their drink order the servant passed by me really quickly and i shouted, "excuse me!" Once again she ignored me. So i went to talk to a manager and complained and they said sorry and that's it. I told them i am leaving and i am not paying for my drink that was half full still. Simply awful! Waiter Marlin was rude and overwhelmed. He was not friendly. husband ordered a coke and reminded waiter after 10 minutes and he still didn't bring coke. We asked a hostess to bring coke. We orders chips with salsa and he brought us chips with ranch dressing. Son ordered burger with meat and cheese only. Burger had avocado and a total of 5 fries. If you want a place to go for fun then look no further. Enjoy a nice drink at the bar or watch the game with your family on the multiple flat screens. This can be either a family restaurant or a place to hang out with your friends which ever you'd like. If I could give this place a -0 star I would! My family and I visited Chilis yesterday for my Grandmother birthday and we experienced the worst service ever! When we arrived we were introduced to Catherine as our waiter, she took our orders and brought out a few of our beverages. Shortly after, I realized I wanted to change something on my order so we asked another waiter by the name of Lizzy to please get Catherine for us because I wanted to change something. Instead of Lizzy getting Catherine for us like I asked, she goes and tell Catherine we wanted to cancel our entire order. Catherine finally comes over and explain what Lizzy said, I then told her we did not want to cancel our orders I just wanted to change an item on my dish. (Terrible communication) As a result to miscommunication between the two Catherine had already canceled our entire order; therefore we had to wait longer for our meals. Now as we're waiting we are expecting our appetizers and alcohol beverages to come shortly.. 20mins pass and we still don't have our appetizers OR alcohol beverages so we flag down Catherine and ask what's going on??? She says "oh, it's coming right up", 5mins later Lizzy comes with the items! When we get the appetizers initially my fiancé requested chipotle sauce instead of the ranch that comes with the egg rolls! We were given ranch. Lizzy delivered the appetizers and before she left the table we asked if she could please bring chipotle sauce, she NEVER did! In fact one of my relatives saw her walk past us about 15mins later with it and when she saw nothing on the plate she kept walking. We had no choice but to go without what we ASKED FOR! After that we waited a little longer for our meals. When our food finally came out there were things wrong. Surprisedly right?! Smh.. Firstly, my mother in law and grandmother both ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad without the dressing that comes on it and asked for a side for Ranch. When there food arrived it was the total opposite of what they asked for. My grandmother was so irritated with the service she said it was ok and settled for what they gave her, as for my mother in law she sent hers back! Now for my sister in law dish she ordered the Fresh Mex Pairing and specifically asked Catherine would it be ok to have the soft shelled taco be made crunchy and Catherine said YES! When her food came out there was NO taco and no one said ANYTHING! Luckily she noticed and asked where was her taco and the guy that delivered the meals said the taco doesn't come with that dish anymore! My question is WHY IS IT LISTED AS IF YOU'LL RECEIVE A TACO WITH THIS DISK IF YOUR NOT???? ALSO, IF THAT IS THE CASE, HOW COME OUR WAITER DIDNT INFORM US??? That's false advertisement!!! On top of all of this the service was horrible! No employees had name badges. We literally had to ask around for names! I asked the guy that brought our food out what was our waitress name and he acted like he didn't know who we were talking about when in fact he did! I'm sure he knew we wanted to complain that's why he didn't give it. We asked for napkins and never got any, asked for lemons for my water and never got that.. The service over all was HORRIBLE and on top of it, it was our grandmothers birthday and her meal was screwed up! Due to all of the delays we all couldn't eat together as planned because things had to be sent back! I will not be recommending this place to ANYONE! As a customer when you go to places and spend YOUR MONEY you expect everything to be how you ask for it to be and secondly for the employees to be truthful about things you ask! We received the total opposite. This service was horrible, our waitress was missing in action ALL NIGHT! We had drinks that never got refilled. Is was just overall shameful how terrible the service was! Some birthday for my grandmother right?! A manager did end up coming to the table at the end of the night when the salads were screwed up and she didn't do anything. We did noticed a $5 credit on one of the bills; however that's NOTHING compared to what we should've gotten! We spent well over $150 last night and to be treated like that is unacceptable. read more

Hated it!..... so I take my 2 boys with me to Chillies for dinner. One kid orders a half rack of ribs and when it came I was like, "We ordered a half rack not 3 ribs!" So, I asked her to just give the "other half". After the meal, the waitress gives me the check and walks away. I check the bill and notice that they charged me for a full rack AND half rack! When the waitress comes back, before I could even get my full sentence out - letting her know about the over charging - she immediately laughs and says, "Oh, yeah, I was gonna say something about that. Let me take it back and handle it." Really?? Really? So, you were just gonna overcharge me had I not said anything!? ...no tip for her and we'll never go back again. I've been to Chili's many, many times. It's a pretty good restaurant with a lot of variety. It's not a classy restaurant, by any means, but it's a good sit-down place to come to with friends or family. I really like their wide selection of dishes. I've actually never had their baby back ribs, which have been popularized by that catchy advertisement song, but I HAVE had their chili. The chili at Chili's is actually pretty good. They serve a big portion of it and it comes with salad. Their salads have always been fresh, from my experience, and come with lots of dressing. Their sandwiches and burgers are also fantastic, and they have a low-calorie section for those who want to watch thier weight. I absolutely love their margaritas. The margaritas here are comparable to those I've had at El Torito. I'd recommend the strawberry blended margarita. That one is my favorite. Overall, Chili's is a good place to go for some delicious food and overall great service. read more

Being a glass-half-full type of person, I've never been compelled to write a review due to how BAD a restaurant experience was . . . until now. My [very large] family went here for an earlyish dinner around 4:30 yesterday afternoon. In our entourage was my 80 year old grandma, my parents, siblings several aunts and uncles and my darling neice and nephew [ages 5 and 2]. Though we were a big group, our area was by no means crowded (the 3 tables around us were empty) so we should have the full attention of our waitress. No such luck. I arrived a few minutes after the rest of the family, who already had menus, and proceeded to wait a solid 20 minutes for our waitress to even come by and see if we were ready to order. We literally had to HUNT HER DOWN by asking any and all of the [mostly teenage] staff to find her. Then we had to practically beg her for water . . . WATER! Most of us ordered the 2 dinners for $20 [one appetizer, 2 entrees]. From the time I sat down down til the time my appetizer (sub-par chips and guac) arrived was a full HOUR AND TEN MINUTES!!!! I was thisclose to eating the silverware by then. I asked for hot water with lemon and the server brought tea . . . maybe she thought I didn't known the english word for tea and was trying to help me out [I'm just a black chick from L.A., by the way]. Then comes the "food". I ordered the mango tilapia with rice and broccoli. I've never eaten anything blander in my life. Even after adding copious amounts of salt and pepper, I was still left with something that made a Lean Cuisine meal look like a gourmet dinner freshly prepared by a White House chef. My mom got the "fajitas". The chicken was a weird, pale brown color and had clearly been frozen and revived in Frankenstein's lab. She noted that it tasted "off" but wondered if that was because she was just getting over a cold. So I tasted it [yuck!], as did my dad who said it tasted "rotten". I've had better food in my public grade school cafeteria. Everyone else at the table agreed that their food was paltry at best too, from the kids' pizza to my sister's crispy chicken strips [the best thing she could say about them is that they were actually crispy . . . but so is construction paper]. The service was so slow and the food was so disgusting that I ate a granola bar in the car on the way home . . . which tasted like it was made of fairy dust and unicorn milk after having eaten such nastiness moments prior. Came here to watch a Pacers/Heat game with one of my basketball buddies. we went because we didn't know any other places to watch the game for cheap. went in, and hit up the happy hour for a tall blue moon. I only got one drink, but the bartender was super awesome and chatted us up about the game. at one point, the "new?" manager changed the basketball channel to ET (wtf?), which the bartender immediately changed it back for us. so the review is mostly for the good environment of watching a game. he only asked once if I wanted food and I never felt pressured to get anything else. crowd was pretty good, we all cheered for the same team. so the moral of the story: if you want to "asian loiter" at a place with a tv, come here. they ring a bell at the end of the game too. shout out to that bartender, pity I never learned his name. I was taking my parents to the airport for a red eye, everyone was hungry, and Chili's seemed to be the only place open. The food was awful even by Chili's standards. Also, the waitress was having some personal problems as well as problems with the managers. And she had no problem sharing them with us. The burger was dry, and didn't have much flavor, and the fries were cold. The server brought me the "Toffee" Brownie sunday with not toffee on it..... Went here yesterday and it was ok. I was here with a friend to watch some sports. The order was pretty quick. I got a stomach ache after eating the pasta. It did not taste bad. Their margaritas are expensive here though. They are like 7.50 each which they don't list on the menu. The parking here is not great since their are 2 other restaurants in the same location. Pretty much right next door to each other. I would have preffered going to one of the other two places after seeing the bill. It was over 50 bucks for two people. We each ordered pasta and my friend got two margaritas and I got a lemonade and also ordered an entre. We tried to order the 2 for 20 deal but the waitress said they took off the deal during the holidays even though it was already past the holidays. They disagreed. We went on Jan 2. We order to go frequently and when I came in to pick up our to go order (on a Tuesday) the bartender was swamped. I used to work in f&b so I'm familiar with cutting staff to meet budget when it's slow but this bartender was doing it all and seemed to be short staffed (props to the bartender for rocking it!) I know that on a Tuesday it's probably slow but one guy can't be expected to service a full bar top, manage all to go orders ( I wasn't the only one waiting) and make drinks for the entire full restaurant, it's too much. I waited about 15 mins for an order that should have been ready which I realize isn't a long time but if I wanted to take longer than 5 mins there id just eat there. It was strictly appetizers and so bad, the buffalo wings were good but the others dry and no sauce where sauce should have been. The staff was great and this one lone star is for them. My husband and I went here yesterday, 4/30/19 for an early dinner. We arrived at about 4pm and did not have our order taken until 4:45. There is only 1 waiter for the entire dining room, and service was slow and minimal. We ordered an appetizer and entree to share. The waiter forgot to enter our entree in and only brought the appetizer at about 5pm. He did not apologize. Instead he told me that I did not make it clear that I was ordering the item. I enjoy coming to this chili's but like many resturants there are some good days and some bad waiters. I have had very good service here which is why I keep coming back here and also the prices are good. As far as the bad waiters well it hasn't been that bad which is why I keep coming back here but I guess it depends on how crowded it gets. Came in for some southwest Chicken soup at night. They were promoting this as a new menu item. 15-20 minutes after I ordered the soup, find out that they stopped making it for the night. They recommended the baked potato soup, which I did not want. They should have told me earlier that they did not have the soup. Also they should not have recommended something that I did not want, but rather let me decide on something else in my own. where do I start. I normally like to yelp for the good but that doesn't always happen. I know you can't put chili's in the 5 star category, however I expected more. Went in to have dinner at about 4:30PM, and everything was a mess. Bathrooms were gross and smelled horrible. We sat down and waited 10 minutes before finally asking can we sit somewhere where we would be able to order food. Server came over, still never got her name. We placed our order, drink and food all at once. Came out rather quick. Everything was cold as if it had been sitting under the lamp from a previous messed up order or something. The manager never came out he sent the server to see if we wanted something else. By the time we left (only was there for all of 30 mins), we both had headaches from the screaming and shouting. The bartender and servers were shouting across the dining room to each other. Barking out orders and asking if they had certain things. Just a mess!! Not a place I'll return. Moral of the story is, the best thing they had was the ice cold coke. read more
