5 STARS -- A Chili's Angel in Human Form! Let me just say -- I am 84 years old, I've been to a lot of restaurants, and I've met many bartenders in my day (most of them forget to even say hello!). But never, NEVER, have I been so charmed, cared for, and downright delighted as I was by the radiant bartender named Maisri at Chilis! From the moment I shuffled in with my cane and my niece Beverly, Maisri greeted us with the warmest smile this side of the Mississippi. She didn't just offer us menus -- no, no -- she offered an experience. She called me "darlin'," and I nearly cried! My husband Earl never even called me that (and we were married 47 years!). Now I don't normally sit at the bar (my sciatica doesn't usually allow it), but Maisri insisted she'd make me "the best Shirley Temple in the county," and honey, she delivered. It had just the right amount of fizz, a perfect cherry-to-ice ratio, and even a tiny lime wedge "for pizzazz," she said! I giggled like I was 22 again. She even helped me get up from the bar stool -- twice -- and told me I had "the most elegant posture for someone under five feet." I'm 4'9" and I've never been so proud. This young lady isn't just a bartender, she's a beacon of joy, a mixology magician, and a walking Hallmark movie all wrapped in one perfect ponytail. Do I know what the food tasted like? Not really. I was too busy soaking up the sunshine that is Maisri. Maisri, if you're reading this -- I adore you. Chili's, give that girl a raise, a crown, and maybe a parking spot with her name on it. P.S. if you are going to a Chili's the on Wadsworth is a much better choice, while the service was great here the food was tepid at best the Old Fashion Burger was delivered as a Smash Burger (A different offering entirely, the salad was weak, the Marg of the month will send you into a diabetic coma even if you don't have diabetes, and the handicapped stall in the mens room is totally bizarre, the toilet is too close to one wall so the huge toilet paper machine occludes half the toilet meaning the handicapped have to sit sideways to use it, and then for some reason there is a sink and soap and garbage can in there but no paper towels? How this passed inspection is beyond me, but I am thinking bribes mainly...not a great showing for Chilis here sorry! read more

Went in for lunch today. Jennifer was our server. She did a great job. We both had the 3 for 10.99 deal. We had the big smash burger. Truly one of the best burgers I have had in quite a while. It came with fries. They were hot and crispy and seasoned perfectly. The salad with blue cheese was excellent as was the iced tea. Thank you Jennifer and Chili's. Haven't been to chilis in years so today I figured I'd treat myself. I'm hoping that my experience is not a sign that ALL chilis restaurants are bad, just that I picked the only crappy one. I figured I'd get my favorite (can't go wrong) Cajun chicken pasta and some chips and salsa TO GO... Aside from paying double what it used to cost I was ready to a least be happy with the food. The pasta was under cooked and tasted like something I would've microwaved. The garlic bread was a sponge that tasted like plastic and the $10 salsa was a cup of tomato water. We've been ordering out from Chili's a lot over the last two years in an effort to support a nearby restaurant during the Covids. We're done. Our last order last Thursday (6 people in our family mind you) was mostly inedible. My steak was shoe leather (ordered Medium Rare), my boys' burgers were over done, my husband's chicken tacos were flavorless as was my daughter's salad. I called Friday morning and talked to Manager Matt who apologized and told me he was sure to look into the matter. He never asked once for my phone number, name, or order number. The last time I went to Chili's the food was fine but the service was god awful. This visit is somewhat the other way around. When we walked in, there was the usual awkward silent standing because there's never anyone at the front desk every single time I visit for some reason. We were seated later on and the service was decent from then on. We ordered the buffalo wings for appetizers and I had the cajun chicken pasta. The buffalo wings were probably the worst wings I've ever had in my life. It tasted like salty ketchup slathered onto a flab of rubbery flesh that was supposed to be chicken. If I could rate it, it would be a dimension below the negative scale. It didn't even taste edible. The cajun chicken pasta was good though. It's equivalent to what you'd get at applebees except it was more expensive. I think the only thing that would make this place more bearable is the deals they have. read more

Solid Chili's. Shared the guacamole (huge serving of chips), Tex mex spring rolls (delicious) and buffalo bone in wings (good). My main was two types of ribs. I ordered a steak and baked potato. The potato was cold like they just took it out of the freezer. I asked if they could warm them up as it was mashed not the baked potato I asked for. When she brought the mashed potatoes back, they were in a different container, still cold and gave me less than I started with. Service was poor. It was like she was doing us a favor by being there. She didn't come back to refill drinks, we had to flag her down after 20 minutes and it wasn't even crowded. Several servers were hanging out at the bar chatting. Sadly the prices are going up, poor service, food is mediocre and they need to let you know what you're getting instead of saying it's a loaded baked potato. So I would say, not worth the money. Went for lunch on Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. There were 5 employees just standing around chatting with one another while our server took the order. Once she was done taking the order she joined the others for a 10 minute chat. We were finely served. After she served us and brought my husband a box at the beginning of the meal, we never heard from her again. I tried to get her attention to get an additional box, but couldn't get her. I went up to the bar where 2 servers noticed me, they turned around and walked in the back while continuing their conversation. I went to the front door and asked the greeter if he could please get me a box. He did, we paid and left. The service is horrible for less than 8 guests in the restaurant. We came by to get a bite to eat tonight, and although the food was tasty (I really am a big fan of their guiltless grill selections!), the service was lacking. Our waitress saw a friend across the room as she came to our table to take our order. She left, literally mid-sentence, went and sat down at the other table, and didn't come to get our order for at least 10 minutes. This location is awesome and very well kept. We sat at the bar and the bartender was amazing. She was great at getting around to everyone and doing refills. She was very nice and made it a great experience. I had the combo fajitas with chicken and shrimp. I am on a really strict diabetic diet and so I had to take a lot of things off and she was great about it. I felt bad for being so picky but she was awesome and said I was great. We usually dine at this Chili's location. Haven't had any issues until tonight. We were seated promptly and the waiter came to take our drink and food order. We were FORGOTTEN about! After 15 minutes of waiting, no drinks or appetizer. Our waiter was busy folding napkins, refilling others drinks, chatting with other servers. Chilis are normally good. But this location was lacking. Was quickly seated and drinks brought out. Took over 10 minutes of waiting, and had to call the waitress over, to order food. Took 28 minutes for the food to reach the table, timed, since being ordered. Drinks were refilled promptly, but was never asked how our food was. I ordered the fajitas, which did come out sizzling. But, the steak was 3inch by 3inch worth of tiny strips, and the 3 tiny tortillas were cold and tough, which flaked off. Not being able to fit all the fixings between 3 tortillas, I had to wait a while to ask for more. These were hot and soft, like they should be. Haven't been here in years. Every other place was busy so we took a chance. What an awful experience! The appetizer (nachos) were greasy and meat was fatty hardly any toppings. Not good. Then the burgers we ordered came out one was supposed to have mayo and one mustard. When the manager brought out our burgers, he didn't know which one had mayo which one had mustard. When we mentioned that one was supposed to have mustard, one was supposed to have mayo, he actually with his own hands opened up the burger, touching the meat and the inside of the food to see which one had which, and they were both without anything. We then told him that the burgers were cold when he set the plates down and he touched the burgers again with his hands and no gloves and said he would take them back and make new ones. What the heck happened to Chili's awesome fajitas??? I had chicken fajitas last night, what a huge disappointment. Not only was there barely any chicken or peppers, (almost entirely onions) but the chicken looked pale with little to no grill marks. There was also no flavor. On top of that the guacamole on the plate looked old and the shredded cheese was clearly from a bag of cheap shreds coated in a powdery substance. I can't have flour so I asked for corn tortillas. One star is being very generous to say the least. Summed up, the customer service was piss poor at best, the food- mediocre, and the waitress- awful. I went there with my friend who has been 21 for a couple weeks, who we have both been to restaurants, bars, and liquor stores has been able to purchase alcohol with no problem whatsoever. His license is still valid although it is not turned sideways just yet. However they refused to serve him alcohol because his card had not yet been renewed. By any states legal standards his drivers license was a valid proof of age yet their manager decided to refuse us service. Less on that, more on the rest of the visit. Walking in the door we had to wait a few minutes to be seated because the host was more interested in his coworkers and the games on TV. Our waitress had similar issues. She talked more with her friends than us. We were there around 30 minutes and only saw our waitress for around 30 seconds. She was very rude in her tone, acted like she could not possibly care less to serve us, and was extremely slow. My food was poorly cooked and our appetizer was soggy. It was a full 5 minutes sitting in the bar before anyone came up to serve us. Please take it from my bad experience that there are much better places to go than this particular location. read more

They've been trying really really hard since covid set in. They have a good system. The staff is good andn friendly. What I don't like is that serving sizes are smaller than in the past, especially the chips. I also have had multiple instances of them not understanding what a grilled cheese sandwich is. Instead of 2 slices of bread, with cheese between them, being buttered and then heated/grilled, it's like they are running slices of bread, topped with cheese, under a blow dryer. We LOVE this Chili's!!!! There's a closer one to our house, but we make the extra drive just to come here. The servers are always polite. They actually take food allergies seriously at this location. And the food always tastes so good! The other day, Me and my friend went to Chili's bar and grill. I eat there at least once every week. I always go there for my birthday dinner. Chili's has easily become my favorite restaurant over the years. The reasons to eat at Chili's are, the great service, very good food, and the wait time for your food is 20 mins at the max. The food is one of the main reasons my whole family and I love to eat at Chili's. The last time I ate there, I got the spicy buffalo wings. I always get those because they are bursting with flavor. Every time I go there, I also get the salty warm crispy french fries. They also have a dessert that is a warm cookie on the bottom with a mini cake on top with ice cream on the side with a side of fudge. With all of these food options, you should definitely go to Chili's because of the food. The atmosphere at Chili's is another reason me and my family love to go to Chili's. They have a porch outside for when people prefer to eat outside. A lot of people like to go to Chili''s because it is such a great place to go. I see my friends there a lot. It is also clean at Chili's and there are nice employees. This is yet another reason you should take a visit to Chili's. The last reason me and my family love to eat at the magnificent restaurant is the great service and the cleanness. The servers are always willing to give a free dessert if there is a delay on the food. And the bathrooms are always very neat and clean. The quality of the food is also very high. Everything has such great flavor. They also offer you a variety of sauces or dressings. (Whatever you want to call them) I know that you might have heard that Sirens Bar and Grill is the beast Bar and grill to go to or that Columbine Bar and Restaurant has the best food, but make no mistake, you should go to Chili's Bar and Grill; trust me you will not regret it as soon as you taste the juicy tender buffalo wings. Been here twice in the past month. Both times had GREAT service from Dominic. He is so positive, friendly, helpful, attentive and genuine. Our food was good both times. Grilled chicken breast avocado sandwich was a 9/10. Also have enjoyed Fajitas, chicken tender salad, and awesome potato soup. My husband and son liked the chili queso more than me.
