Worst service ever. The hostess were lost took them an hour and a half to seat us. I know we are a large party (21) but we had mentioned like 3 times we could be split up. Party's of 4 and 5 were sat before us although again we could be split up. The hostess was more worried about disrupting the servers sections then accommodating us. After waiting to be sat for an hour and a half only one server was serving us. All appetizer orders were given to the wrong people no drinks on one side of table then when they checked on what they had dropped off they said the kitchen was backed up. I asked 3 times for chips and salsa what does the kitchen have to do with chips and salsa? When they finally brought them they added "they were given to the other side of the table" well that's great to tell your customer. Appetizers came out 5 min before our food (no room for both on table). My sisters onion rings were burned. Why would they serve burned food?!?!? Also I tried flagging the manager but he kept ignoring me. I knew he seen me but chose to ignore me instead. I am never going back to this chilies. They advertise to come with your party and have a good time but can't accommodate a birthday party. They could've had to serves help us but that would disturb the servers sections I guess they decided it wasn't worth it. What can I tell you, I admit I did not expect a whole heck of a lot Beyond just reasonable good pub fare, but this Chili's really knocked me out. My husband and son each had steaks and they were grilled to Perfection. The Caribbean Salad ordered by my mother-in-law was delicious and my ribs were phenomenal. Tried to go in and sit down they locked the doors, and kept us waiting for about 30 minutes before someone came out and said that they weren't seating anyone because they were understaffed. Hadn't been to any Chili's in well over a year so we were pleasantly surprised when we came to this one with a gift card. We arrived before 5 pm on a Wednesday (we have a little one) so it wasn't super busy. Our waiter, Brian, was very attentive and friendly with our 18 mo old as she tried to get his attention. I know they went through a sort of "re-branding" lately and it worked: great mix of tex-mex/sandwiches/burgers, clean environment, and the tablets on the table are a nice touch. Stacked restaurants has used them since its inception but Chili's has a good blend where you have a traditional waiter but can use the tablet to browse menus, specials, and play games (for $0.99). Not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but this one is running its parent company's business model to a T. I even had an issue with a urinal that was resolved immediately. Well run, friendly people, and especially good for happy hour prices. read more

The bartender here is terrible... she's moving around so fast I don't think she even knows what she's doing. You're best bet is to just order a beer bc EVERY drink taste like juice. They try to push there "president margaritas" and I've tried it and seen how they make it so many times with a cup 2 inches of juice 5 inches of ice. It makes 3 glasses they say... but trust me it's melted ice you are drinking! I've tried to just order marg on the rocks pretty much taste like orange juice I was very confused. It's clearly waaaaaay under staffed for how busy it is. Everytime I sit in the bar area and they are literally cutting you off while your ordering trying to move on to the next table. We hadn't been to Chili's in years but got gift cards for Christmas so we decided to go a few Sundays ago. We wanted to try the all day happy hour specials. Jenna was our server and she was amazing!!! We had two younger kids with us so we were a bit of a hot mess. She was very helpful and attentive.... and kind to the kids. The food was also amazing. We especially loved the guacamole and the Chipotle wings. When we left we all said that it was the best service we had ever had and we would definitely go back. Sooooo, we did go back yesterday and it was just as terrific this time as well. We even got lucky because Jenna was our server again. We all agreed that this is our new go-to spot. read more

We ordered food for pick up, it was disappointing when your food was not fresh and properly packed. I got the rib entree that comes with the salad. The salad lettuce was not fresh, you can see the brown lettuce at edges of the leaves and plus a bug. It was disgusting, I just ignore the salad. The food that was packed was mixed up, not even properly placed in the container. Fries are all over the ribs, sausage and chicken crispers. If only I can take these back to chili's then I would. Since it's not safe to go out and complain, I think this review it's good enough. I'm afraid that my family will get food poisoning by this restaurant. read more

I was going to use an old gift card to do an order here. The gift card was not honored. I paid with my credit card instead and did call the gift card service and they took down the case. Okay, took 30 minutes extra to get out of the restaurant. Later, they only replaced the gift card values in "be my guest" certificates, which has more limited conditions, as well as I need to spend more money in a place that I had poor experience with. I was intending to use my gift card for my last order, and it would be great simply to apply this to last order, as if you would honor the gift card the first time. Guest relationship doe not pick up the phone after couple attempt. Online form only gives you conversation with someone who just kept checking with another department. i've been coming to this location for YEARSS and have never had a problem until tonight. my family and I came in to celebrate a birthday and right when we got sat down everything went downhill. our first sever Sarah was the rudest waitress i've ever encountered. From snatching our Id cards out of our hands, to spilling drinks all over me and not saying sorry or offering napkins,also slamming drinks on our table, hitting the back of my head and not apologizing, then later on almost hitting my face with the plate of food. We then asked the manger if we can get another server and we got Lucas (who was absolutely amazing and definitely made our night better). Sarah then still kept coming to our table bringing things to us after we had asked for her not to continue serving us. We did not receive any apologies from Sarah herself after everything she had done and manager did not come back after we had told him the SECOND time what she had done to us. Overall, Just wanted to thank Lucas for turning our night around and if we ever decide to come back i will make sure not to be served by Sarah EVER again. read more

First time going to Chili's and i doubt i ever will again. For one we waited 20 minutes for my wife and i to be seated, no it was not packed, there were plenty of tables open just not clean. It took forever for one person to take the initiative to clean, most of the front door staff greeted and looked around instead of getting the person in charge of cleaning the tables or even a manager or server do it. Second, "world famous baby back ribs?" They're O.K... And last took a long time to get our food even though again, it was not packed nor half way full...and the server after giving us our food didn't check with us for refills and we had to ask someone else to get our check. Oh yea, the bathrooms are dirty as well, no one cleaned the . Either this place is extremely under staffed, or some of the employees are just lazy. And or have a inadequate manager. read more

Bad experience. Had to leave hungry. We sought the place out, knew what we wanted, arrived at opening. They tried to seat us beside the only other guests in the building. We asked for another spot. We tried to place our order on first approach, a black bean burger we had gotten there before that was off the menu. She presented us with options, directing us to the menu, it was confusing. By the third time she tried to take our order we had more questions than answers. She referred to the menu as a novel.
