The administration, teachers, curriculum and the center itself are all impeccable. Each morning we come in, either Ms Tammy or Ms Shavodka give us a warm greeting, and most of my son's classmates call his name when he comes in. The curriculum is awesome, and it delves much further than the core competencies of most toddler programs. Our son is also enrolled in Music and Phonics, and I can tell a difference in his pronunciations already! Ms Latoria is extremely good at what she does! Early on, my husband and I were hesitant, because our son is our only child; I'm so glad we chose Kindercare in Bartlett! They're caring, and he's learning. This experience has been great for all of us.

They exhibit poor knowledge and training, from the Director to the teacher's on how to properly…read moredeal with children who have developmental delays and need one on one attention. They do not have proper solutions on how to support parents with children that may have challenging behaviors. The solution that they do have in place is not affective and does not aid in, helping that child. Some teachers are great with children, others are just there to say they have a job. I have observed on several occasions, not having proper supervision during breakfast times as well as day to day activities such as outside play. The children have more free play versus structured play or planned activities. They do not assist or aid children who need extra help verbally or with activities that they can't quiet do like the other children. They show favoritism to certain children who are more cooperative. The daycare Director says she's helping but is not. The assistant Director is wonderful and should be the Director instead. If you are looking for childcare with trained and knowledgeable teachers, exciting and educational activities and overall support 10 out of 10 I do not recommend this center. Need more training and staff who can better support all families and children.

The lady giving us the tour said they just finished mopping (which is why the mop was left in the hall). It doesn't make sense to mop with chemicals where toddlers are laying, while they're asleep. The lady that gave us the tour was sweet. The director, Lisa, has a nasty attitude and was very unwelcoming. We decided this isn't the best place to send our daughter.

Class sizes are small with about 12 children per class with two teachers. They learn from a structured curriculum with library, music and play time each day. They have wonderful school programs for every holiday and season and the staff is caring and kind. I love Ms. Renee in the baby room. They are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9-2:30. It sure is nothing fancy but that's not exactly necessary to have a good time. I appreciate that the playground is fenced in and separated from the parking lot or road. There are slides and many things to explore and do in this little area for the children. I think the biggest strength for this playground is that it's really great for little children especially. Is this going to be the best, fanciest playground you can visit in town? No. But it's worth a stop if you're in the area! I do think the playground could absolutely use some TLC from the community center to keep it looking it's best.
