He has been attending Northwest daycare since he was six weeks old. They communicate with us very well concerning any events or issues with our child, and updates on his progress. I have no doubt that a large part of why he is so articulate, polite and kind is due to the love and care he receives at Northwest. Also, we all know that daycare is not cheap. But for the rate we pay at Northwest, we could not be more pleased. He will continue attending here until he begins kindergarten, and then he will attend afterschool care here. What these women do on a daily basis is not easy. I know I couldn't do it. All of the ladies are top notch!

They use the MyKidzDay App so I can (obsessively) log in to see when and how much he's eaten/ slept/ any activities he's done each day. The teachers take pictures throughout the day and send them through the app, and you have access to a class video camera if you want to peek in on them! One time I peeked in through the camera and saw his teacher had all the teeny tiny newborn babies in a semi circle, all sitting in their little chairs and and was reading to them ! The teachers will make seasonal crafty things with their handprints and pictures and they do events like trunk-or-treat at the center! They're always up to something fun! Communication is great too. All of the front staff have been SO nice and answered all of our questions. Our baby is in the infant classroom and ALL of the teachers have been so gentle and kind, especially Sierra and Donay! They offer camera access so families can peek in and see their babies. I have to admit I was nervous going back to work and not being with my baby so I watched the camera all day on the first day. They did wonderful so now I just peek in a few times a day, when I'm missing her and seeing what she's doing. They offer an app that keeps track of everything they do with your baby; feedings, changes, naps, etc. Which is super helpful when you get home and want to know when your baby ate last or if they had a bm that day. The app is also an easy way we can communicate with the teachers throughout the day and they send pictures when they are able. They also take every single baby outside to get fresh air (if weather permits)! These are just a few reasons why we think this place is amazing!
