Despite being reassured that corrective steps would be taken, the same unsafe situations continued, even after I was told certain children would be separated to prevent further harm. Due to these repeated safety issues, I had no choice but to withdraw my child immediately. I later requested reimbursement for the registration fee and two unused days of tuition, as my decision to withdraw was based solely on safety concerns, not a change of preference or childcare provider. The center denied reimbursement, citing a "two-week notice" policy a policy that should not apply in cases where a child's safety is at risk. After providing documentation and explaining the situation clearly, I was promised follow-up. However, after weeks of waiting, they have stopped responding to my emails entirely. As a parent, I find this unacceptable. When a childcare center fails to uphold its basic responsibility to ensure a safe environment and then ignores legitimate refund requests, it raises serious concerns about their accountability and integrity. I am sharing my experience to help other parents make informed decisions. I sincerely hope the center improves its safety practices and communication with families.

They have a very low staff turnover rate and it was so great to see the same people day-in and day-out for years and really develop a solid rapport with them.
