Love this chicken!! It's always so delicious & flavorful. Customer service is always wonderful as well. I wish the place was a little bigger.

1/2 Chicken (1/2) with 2 sides and a soup.

Their Peruvian Chicken is tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, with the skin perfectly crisp. The chicken soup is outstanding, and the customer service is excellent.

We went to chicken pollo for the first time the other day. We went inside to order and there were tons of people inside. There were no signs showing where to order versus pickup food. The store is very small inside so everyone was crammed in. Once we ordered, we stood around waiting for our number to be called. They were calling numbers in Spanish, which was surprising. We had to listen very carefully for Ocho since our number was 158. We noticed people who ordered after us were getting their food before us so we went up to the front to ask about our food. The employee grabbed a bag that had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. I'm unsure why our number was skipped over, but because of this the food wasn't very fresh. The food was ok but not worth waiting for. We will most likely not be back anytime soon due to our negative experience.

Delicious Peruvian style rotisserie chicken. Delicious. Fresh and hot. The flavor was pretty good. This place gets very busy around dinner time so expect a wait. This is not my go-to Peruvian Pollo spot, but its close so I will return.

For a while, I couldn't understand for the life of me as to why the parking in this plaza (O My Hotpot, Gongcha, etc.) was always SO. PACKED. Highly convinced that a majority of the cars parked are here for their amazing chicken. Generous portions at a great price! I didn't order the sides here for dietary reasons, and I got a whole chicken dine in. Boy was I in for a surprise- I seriously didn't think I'd get a WHOLE FAT CHICKEN. I have had my fair share of Peruvian chicken, but this place takes the cake. The skin has a peppered, zesty crust while also being very soft on the other side. The dark meats was AWESOME and so tender and juicy. I'm not even a big fan of white meat but it was tasty as well! They really know how to cook a whole chicken and I'm so impressed!!! They also have a dining area where they deliver your food and you leave your dishes at the table, kinda like a service restaurant- so keep that in mind! Lady who was serving the food was super sweet. I'm so glad my friend introduced me to this hole-in-the-wall! This was an amazing experience, and yes- I killed the entire chicken in one sitting :,)

Rice and beans

Rice and beans were hard! Not tasty at all. Undercooked! Tossed out my food! Employee took 5 minutes with my order when it was only a 1/4 chicken, fries, beans and rice. Others got larger orders in less time. He came out upset and I hadn't even mentioned anything. Poor customer service and poor food quality.

I have no idea what the substitution side is. It comes with french fries or two sides but she overcharged me for something or another.

+ Five-Star Plus Review: Casa de Campo…read more Casa de Campo delivers a meal that goes far beyond expectations and earns a true five-star plus rating from the very first bite. Let's start with the rice, because it deserves center stage. Absolutely out of this world. Each grain is perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and clearly prepared with care and tradition. It is not just a side dish. It is comforting, bold, and memorable on its own. The kind of rice you keep going back to even when you think you are full. The rotisserie chicken is equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, it is juicy, tender, and packed with flavor all the way through. The seasoning is balanced and authentic, enhancing the natural taste of the chicken without overpowering it. Every bite is moist, savory, and satisfying, with a beautifully cooked exterior that shows real attention to detail. What truly stands out is the consistency and quality. Nothing feels rushed. The food is clearly made with pride, skill, and respect for the ingredients. This is comfort food elevated by technique and heart. Casa de Campo is not just a place to eat. It is a place to enjoy a full, satisfying meal that leaves you happy, full, and already planning your next visit. If you are looking for incredible flavor, perfectly cooked food, and a dining experience that delivers every single time, Casa de Campo is the place to go. Five stars are not enough. This place earns a five-star plus rating without question.

I ordered Yuca and Chicharron, and I was pleasantly surprised! El Rancho (that occupied this…read morelocation previously) was one of my favorite spots for Peruvian and Latin American food, so I was saddened when it closed. Well, I'm happy to say that Hundu Pollo is a worthy replacement...at least with this first visit. Reviewing the diverse menu of Honduran and Peruvian items, at first I was going to play it safe, but I decided, let's see what they can do. I'm picky with Yuca as it is usually too dry, and I'm even pickier with Chicharron as it tends to be too dry, overfried, cold, or some mix of the three. That was not the case here. Although not obvious at first, there was a LOT of large, chunky Chicharron under the slaw and sauce. And, the sauce soaked into the Yuca just enough to be perfectly balanced and not dry at all. This place is not only delicious, it is a bargain for the amount of food that you get. I could barely finish half of the platter myself, and there's no way I have room for the chicken empanada I got with my order. I will be back...many times! Check them out!

Welcome to Techno-Chicken!…read more As you walk in the door prepared to whip out your glow sticks as the massive speakers belt out dance music at 1 million decibels at noon on a Tuesday. I haven't perused all the reviews here but I'd imagine some people don't like it. I was not one of them. There are roughly 2 billion Pollo spots in the area, I've eaten at about 40 of them and this is one of the ones I will never forget. Never change Techno-Chicken! The atmosphere aside, I have to talk about the chicken. It was a little below mediocre. Out of the dozens and dozens of places I've eaten chicken at this one was below the average. The fries were piled high but not good fries, although I don't bump places down for sides because I typically hate sides and reluctantly order fries everywhere even BBQ places. If sides are good I will however bump up ratings. So if you want the latest Reggaeton hits to melt your eardrums before heading back to work, then check out Techno-Chicken. I guarantee you will never forget it.

It's located in the same plaza as Grand Mart. This place seems to be a favorite among the locals, and it was jam-packed! The cashier and the staff were all very friendly; we had the 1/2 Peruvian chicken, which came with 1 side (we chose french fries); the Chicken Lo Mein (it usually comes with a side of kimchi (yes! But, they ran out :( instead, the cashier told us that we can choose 2 sides - we chose the vegetable rice and the beans); and, one cheese pupusa (comes with a salad and hot sauce). One thing I noticed that is a HUGE plus is that all the tables had their own bottle of the aji sauce - YES, that's right! This place is extremely generous in that you can have as much aji sauce as your heart desires for your chicken :D It's a little tangy, but still creamy and complement the chicken well. The chicken itself was juicy and had a nice flavorful skin that also permeated throughout the meat. The fries themselves were okay as they were cold. The cheese pupusa was also okay, and the hot sauce wasn't much of a complement. The lo mein? I was actually surprised! It was flavorful, had chunks of the roasted chicken, veggies (carrots, onions, cabbage), and had a great soy sauce-focused flavor, and the lo mein noodles were cooked/stir-fried perfectly! The rice and the black beans were both really good and went well together. My husband also ordered an horchata, which was okay (more milky than the usual). Overall, it was a nice solid meal, and I would love to continue coming back here for their roasted chicken and their lo mein! I'd like to try out their kimchi (I'm assuming they get it from Grande Mart or they make it in house). If you're craving for some juicy Peruvian chicken and have a craving for Lo Mein noodles, check this place out! Remember, unlimited aji sauce! :D +Lo Mein (without the chicken) +unlimited aji sauce bottle at every table!
