The store is a franchise and is owned/operated by N and K Foods Ltd. For a service station Subway, it was pretty large allowing ample seating when the current situation allows. The pricing was a little bit more expensive than usual, mainly down to the extras costing more, while my base sub was cheaper, I noticed to have any extra toppings would cost more, for example, double meat or an additional topping would cost £1.50 more, a difference of 50% compared to other stores.... that's before adding gluten-free bread too! They did have an issue accepting my free drink reward for completing a survey, the sandwich artist who served me called over her supervisor, he didn't seem to know how to enter the code, he just stared at it before wrongly typing it into the machine, he then blamed the fact that my previous transaction was at another store, which shouldn't be a problem, eventually, I did get my drink, he did seem friendly about it, but the most frustrating part was watching my food sit there going cold while they tried to process the drink, and the fact the drinks machine is also turned off... (why would it be turned off due to COVID when every other Subway store I've been too, has it turned on?) My sub did taste quite good and was fresh, I found it interesting how they used different utensils here including a plastic blue spoon to spread the tuna. 3* - The location is good if you're in a car, however, the walk from the town centre was difficult (I had to set my GPS to car navigations as the pedestrian route on Apple and Google maps was wrong), not really worth the price especially for extras but a decent place to grab lunch on the go in Burnley.

It does actually get quite busy in here sometimes as they have some very reasonable products. you can buy funny cups and mugs in here with crude slogans on them. They make great gifts for friends who have a good humour!! The staff are really nice in here. You can have a laugh with them about some of the stuff they sell! The prices at Dixy are reasonable and they often have meal deal offers in place but the chips are poor and the chicken tends to be brown and blood stained which isn't to my liking. The coating is plain and lacks any spice or crispiness and overall it's a pretty dull eating experience. You can eat in on a plastic table, canteen style but this is something I've never chosen to do. Taking food out is usually a quick and painless ordering experience but it really is only appropriate for late night munchies when you're tipsy enough to not think too much about what you're ingesting. If you're sober, there are plenty more preferable and tasty options available around Burnley.

The seating area is quite small and it does get busy at lunchtimes but the food is delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great alternative to the chain fast food restaurants in Burnley. Continentals also offers food for takeaway and you can telephone your order to ensure it's ready for a speedy collection during your lunch break. If you enjoy fresh salads, perfectly grilled meats and have a love of olives then Continentals won't disappoint!

Enzo's is owned by an Italian family who make the most delicious authentic Italian pizzas as well as a mean lasagna, garlic bread and all the usual accompaniments you'd expect to find on a pizza restaurant menu. The prices are a little on the high side compared to some other takeaways in Burnley but are still reasonable on the whole. Perhaps the biggest downfall for Enzo's is that they don't offer a delivery service which means it isn't the most convenient of take away restaurants unless you live relatively close. Also, the opening hours seem to vary and, although I pass the restaurant every day on my way home from work, it seems a mystery as to whether or not it will be open on any given day, which makes a long journey in search of the perfect pizza a risky business. But I still have to give Enzo's 4 stars as the fantastic food makes it worthwhile overcoming these other obstacles to get your hands on some of their tasty Italian fare.
