In the photos of bouillabaisse online, there are big fish chunks and vegetable chunks in the soup, but the one served in this shop is liquid with only very small residues in it. The soup is a bit salty, a bit too salty to drink directly, but it is good to eat with bread. The fish used to stew the soup will be fried later and served as the main dish. This one is really delicious. The fish is very tender but not raw. It is the best in the whole meal.
