Came through the drive thru at this location on 2/14 around 7-8pm. Ordered chicken nuggets, finished about half of them and started to feel nauseous. Ended up with serious salmonella poisoning, and am easily the most sick I have ever been. Nearly ending up in the ER. Ended up missing 2 flights and likely be out of work for a total of 5 days. If anyone else became sick on or around this time I implore you to file a complaint with the CDC or the local health department to keep others from falling ill. read more

We love chicken sandwiches (who doesn't?)... and so, have been constant customers of this Chick-Fil-A ever since it opened. Sadly, this store is under new ownership (come back, Drew Laws!) and the changes are not for the better. In the last week, both my husband and myself have been hassled over the sauces that we requested with our meal. My husband was told that he requested TOO MANY sauces, and in my case, well, I am not sure what the problem was. I ordered a 6-piece grilled nugget entrée and declined any sauce when ordering at the speaker. I declined when asked if I wanted any sauce as I wanted a low carb sauce and didn't think that any of them would be suitable. While sitting in the drive-thru line, I went to the company's home page and saw that the Garlic-Herb Ranch sauce would meet my nutritional needs. I asked for that at the window when receiving my food, and the girl said "Next time you'll be charged for this" when handing me the sauce. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, so asked her to repeat and she said "Next time you'll be charged for this sauce". Instead of the cup of sauce that I wanted (see below), she gave me a bag of sauce like you would use for a salad. So I'm not sure whether I would be charged going forward for sauce in general, or if they for some reason, give me a bag of it instead of the single serving that I asked for. Since the server then turned her back on me and closed the window, I never could figure out what the hell was going on. Not even a "My pleasure" like we used to get in the good old days of ChickFilA Flatirons. Regardless, this is it... we are done. Their prices have gone up recently, and service has gone down. At $15+ for two fast-food chicken sandwich combos, there shouldn't be any miserly treatment or wanting to charge people for actually wanting sauce with their meals. On a good note, Popeye's Chicken is opening just down the street later this year so we will have another source to fulfill our dinner chicken desires. In the meantime, Freddie's serves up an awesome grilled chicken sandwich. I'm not looking for anything from ChickFilA by writing this, except to reconsider their business practices and return to being a customer-focused business like they used to be. read more

This time it was because I ordered a large fry, and when I get home to eat my meal, the "large fry" was hardly even filled. It was probably as full as a medium order would have been. I really like this location! We come here about once a month (while visiting the man at work) and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the staff. Everyone is friendly and nice. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the accuracy of taking orders and filling them. It seems like every time something is wrong or missing. Okay, so I told myself that I was going to hold back on giving out so many 5 star reviews, but I kind of failed. So, what makes Chick-Fil-A so amazing is... Well... EVERYTHING!!!! Service was very quick. I came here with a group of friends (7 total people) and they had our food and drinks ready within a minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They checked on us to make sure that we had everything and to see if there was anything else they could do for us. They also served us GREAT food. The staff of this restaurant is amazing I wish we could tip them because I have gotten more consistent friendly service here than a few sit down places which shall remain nameless. I am pretty sure that no other fast food joint exists where the staff is always extremely courteous and helpful, takes your trays and refills your drink and sometimes even walks around with those heavenly little pillow mints. I might be a little biased because I am addicted to their chicken nuggets, waffle fries and fresh squeezed lemonade with pulp. But who can compete with the fact that they offer a bunch of different dipping sauces including ranch, real honey and something that I would like to smother anything with called "honey roasted barbecue sauce". Not to mention the fact that all the chicken is whole chicken with none of that fluffy overly processed chicken gunk and all of it is golden fried in peanut oil. Myself, along with my family and friends has witnessed the general manager Luiz treat both employees and customers alike extraordinary rudely and when it comes to staff blatantly favoring certain employees, while throwing others under the bus for no reason whosoever. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We made an online order my husband Michael and I, we go to the curbside to pick it up and go in the app to put the number in and it kicks us out of the app. My husband drove up to the drive thru to let them know what was going on, the lady says "if you wanted it to be a drive thru order you have to go in the app and change it to drive thru" very rudely 1. I've told her my problem and how the app was not working For me 2. I did not want it to be drive thru and went through there to tell them my problem. So then she continues to tell us she only has two orders up there, one for a lady and the other with my husbands name on it, we tell her my husbands name and then we told her the curbside number we'd park in and she told us "okay" We waited for 10-20 minutes for this food to come out so I decided to call, the manager "margarita" talks to us and just tells us how our food cancelled out and she could not give us our order. But be mindful, when rating chikfila compared to food in general then haha it's aight~ People are nuts for a concept so simple in design: chicken plus bread. What in the world. If only everything could be so easy?! Yet, I guess that fancier does not necessarily translate to better and the public's response to chikfila proves that. What I appreciate about this specific chikfila is that it's very clean and the service is extremely friendly. What I dislike is that it's ALWAYS packed. Goodness gracious. And over the years, they've somehow managed to raise some extraordinary miniature chicken breed at the chikfila farms or something because the chicken in their sandwiches have gotten gradually smaller in size as time has passed. But it still stands as the best breading on a chicken that I've sampled for that price and those waffle fries are addictive. read more

Chick Fil A is the bomb! But this location in particular seems to lack in some areas. The kid behind the register, tall tan and darker haired, seemed like he had somewhere better to be (and I'm sure he did!), and didn't hit me with the usual extra-friendly customer service that I've come to appreciate from CFA. When I said "thank you" after placing my order, he just hit me with an indifferent "yep" and moved me along for the next guest, like an insignificant cow being herded into the slaughterhouse. I thought I wouldn't let this one young man ruin my experience at this CFA, but after visiting a few more times I've experienced some very inconsistent chicken sandwiches. Sometimes the chicken isn't cooked enough and it lacks that tenderness, and other times it's been dripping with grease- bad enough to the point where I have to dip a napkin on it to soak it up. The most recent time I went, I ordered a Chick Fil A sandwich deluxe, only to be brought out a normal chick fil a sandwich. I guess it's too much for CFA as a whole to make the deluxe sandwich and the regular sandwich two totally separate things on the menu, since the sandwiches are very different, but I guess I have to make myself more clear (and double check the total amount I pay) before I hand over my money. This issue has happened at other CFAs too, so I can't totally blame the nice girl behind the register when it happened here. Just doesn't make sense to me why they are both considered a Number 1 on the menu. In this instance, I'm willing to drive to the Arvada CFA, as I have yet to have a bad experience there, but perhaps I will give this one ANOTHER try, but I will lower my expectations without a doubt. read more
