Always has been the friendliest fast food chain, in Texoma! The service is quick and the food always fresh. My only gripe is- the size. It's too small. On a Saturday, you can't even get in the door! Somehow Chick Fil A never fails to Make a fast food meal great! Service is always on point and everyone is so friendly. I have never been a Fan of the food but when I do eat there the food is fresh and options are plentiful. It has gained my admiration based on service and quality things places like McDonald's and Wendy's could learn from. First place we ate at once we moved to Sherman. Everyone is so awesome and friendly (seems to be a WONDERFUL pattern in this city!) The food was fresh and great. They messed up my sandwich (wrong cheese) but I didn't even care. The manager had it fixed and delivered it to my table quickly! It was awesome, I got a chicken sandwich with bread and a pickle, nothing else mind you, just a pickle, bread, and a piece of chicken. I love that I don't have to think about the flavors of other vegetables or condiments on my sandwich. just chicken with a hint of pickles. I thought I detected the succulent flavor of antibiotics as well, but chick-fil-a corporate said they weren't using anymore antibiotics, its a conspiracy of awesome chicken sandwiches with only pickles. read more

I usually have a good experience with them. Not today. I know this may seem insignificant but when you order something and it needs to get made, like your morning coffee, it's a little annoying. Didn't tell me when I ordered it, didn't tell me when I pulled around to pick up my order. Only when I was about to pull away I remembered I did not get my coffees I ordered. I'm so disappointed in your Tea. I am a long time customer and used to come twice sometimes 3 times per day to get your tea. After the shutdown for remodeling your tea has not been the same. I now find myself driving to McKinney to purchase a gallon of tea every two days. Last time I came by Sherman CFA the tea was so awful I decided to message you. Your losing a great customer. I ate there twice yesterday. In the morning I had the breakfast on a bun with bacon. It was over the top good, and the hash browns were even better than that. In the afternoon, I had chicken strips with waffle fries, that were also over the top good. I drank diet coke both times, and the quality was superb in all respects. It is nice to be able to say something nice about a place, because I tend end up griping about how bad things were. The service and attention to detail are just as good as the food! read more

This Chick-fil-A is always packed. Even so, they still get you in and out within a reasonable time. My order has been correct every time I've gone here. Chick-fil-A definitely makes sure all their restaurants meet high standards and this location is no exception. It is always busy so be prepared to wait, but you can't blame them for being awesome. They actually have the drive thru lines more organized than other locations so it is a bit safer and less frustrating dealing with other drivers in that sense. I have never been inside so I can't review based on that, but the drive thru associates have been as friendly as any other location. I usually use the app so I get points and it speeds up the process slightly. There is an option for picking up inside that I may use going forward to save on lunch time. read more

The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, the service is always great, the value is good, and although there's usually a drive-through line wrapped around the building, it moves much more quickly than you would expect, so you won't have to wait long. My husband and 3 boys were outside doing an OCT walk, on the sidewalk, and a family going through the drive through hollered to them that they bought them 3 lemonades and to come grab them. They walked over to grab them and the manager, a gentleman, ran out and told my husband and 3 boys ages 8, 6 and 2.5 to get off his property immediatly. When I called to get the name of the gentleman who did this Demi answer the phone and was extremely rude and told me she did not have to give me his name and I did not need to know her last name. I will never go to Chick fil a again and I will make sure I spread this around, I too am a GM at the Winstar Casino and would never have acted like this very unprofessional. read more

I frequent the restaurant several times a week, for myself and my grandchildren. I have a concern with a menu item that I have driven back to return and exchange. I need to speak with Rob Medders and I have not been successful in getting the times that he is available. The day managers do a very good job saying Mr. Medders is not available.
