Second, the window guy gave us attitude for not driving away when we figured out THEIR mistake/what was wrong. The service and levels of attention to detail are absolutely horrible at the 30 min to closing time. If you want to be waited on by teenagers who literally can't even hear your order on the intercom because they too busy talking, laughing and gossiping then order here. I Went to Chick-fil-A ordered 4 chicken strips, 1 chicken sandwich, 8 chicken nuggets and 2 large fries. When they asked me what sauce I wanted - I said I wanted to trade in my premium sauces (example honey mustard) for extra Chick-fil-A sauce. Cashier said sure one moment and comes back and hands me my order. And breaks the number one principal rule of Chick-fil-A .... by not saying my pleasure!!! Unreliable. Service is quick but low quality. Had to go back three times earlier this week to get what I actually ordered. Got me pretty pissed off. And when I finally came back for the third time because they forgot a solid 1/3rd of my order, they gave me a regular sandwich instead of a spicy one because they must not be able to read back there. Unbelievable. Yeah it's petty complaining about stuff like that but cmon. I plan to notify the city of Plano about this as it seems very hazardous. 5 stars for best location of the worlds greatest fast food chain. I have been to Chick Fil A in literally 5 different states. Once my brother and I road tripped to North Carolina, ONLY eating at Chick Fil A on the way there. It was quite epic. Of all the restaurants I have been to of this chain, this location BY FAR is the best one I have ever dined at. The kids working here (I know im not old, but these are all highschoolers) are very pleasant and helpful. Always smiling, always quick to get you what you need. The restaurant like other CFA's is ALWAYS very clean and well maintained. During the weekends it tends to get packed but its a very family friendly environment and the service is always very quick. I have never had a complaint about cold food no matter how packed or busy it gets, or even if I am just there to pick up a free spicy chicken sandwich. You know whats the absolute best feeling in the world ? Ordering nuggets and having the employee ask you what dipping sauce you need, then going so far as to recommending one, which ends up being a new delicious sauce that you have never heard of. And you discover this new Chick Fil A sauce that is so good and weird looking, its like finding, taming, and riding a unicorn. This is Chic fil A is the closest one to my home but I never go here. I love chick fil a nuggets but every time I get them here I get a bunch of those "bad nuggets" where they taste terrible. I've gone to this Chick-fil-A and picked up orders on several occasions last week. Each time, I've ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got back to the office, I found that I had a regular chicken sandwich. 3 Times! So I sent an inter office email asking people who order a spicy chicken sandwich and bring it back to the ofc for lunch to let me know if they get a regular chicken sandwich. In all, on 53 occasions, employees who had ordered spicy chicken sandwiches received regular chicken sandwiches. In each of those 53 occasions, they were charged for spicy chicken sandwiches -- 30 cents more than a regular chicken sandwich. What a cheap shot by the owner of this franchise! Charging an extra 30 cents per sandwich thinking people won't mind or bring up the bait and switch tactic. I don't know what kind of financial problems the owner of this franchise is having, but it's not going to get better by squeezing small change out of people and cheating their orders. read more

At 8:45 in the morning, I expect the Chick-fil-a drive thru to be packed, Nope! Only 2 cars ahead of me and I was in and out the line in less than 5 min! I love everything on the breakfast menu, but my favorite is the chicken, egg, and cheese on the multigrain bagel. It was fresh and my hash browns were hot and crispy. This is by far our favorite location. The staff are so friendly and the manager is the most attentive, thoughtful, kind person. He really does make all the difference. He remembers his repeat customers, asking about their lives, other family members, what's changed since they last spoke. It really is impressive. The location is super clean and even though it is slammed like all CFA locations, the inside is a little less crazy than others, which is a blessing for moms who like to bring their littles for the play area (drive through is crazy though). I don't often eat fast food, but when the craving hits, I almost always head for Chick-Fil-A. I love their chicken sandwich! The chicken is a juicy hunk of all white meat, with just the right amount of seasoned breading, and though it may be fried, it doesn't taste greasy at all. The bun is always super soft yet it holds up remarkably well, and the thinly sliced dill pickles complement the crispy chicken perfectly. At lunch time, this location is crazy packed, but the drive-thru line moves with a quickness. Also, every time I have been through here, the employees have been super polite (how often do you hear ma'am at a fast food place, seriously?). I've been noticing a recent decline in this location for the past few months. I've always gone to this location since I was young since it's been closest to my house, but these last few trips the staff haven't been as friendly as they have in the past. The most recent example is an experience I had today while my grandmother was ordering for the two of us. Being older and more weary of technology she elected to pay in cash. The cashier helping us was kind and polite and helped to repeat things when my grandmother struggled to hear, but eventually messed up when trying to pay with cash. It took a few moments to get that sorted, and in the process of that happening the total got cut down by about two dollars. While somehow getting a meal for cheaper is not something I would complain about, and I'm not one to complain in general, this interaction was not pleasant. The higher worker that came over to help with the incident is named Erica. Whether Erica was just having a bad day or just thought we were stupid, I don't know. My grandma having heard our order was gonna be cheaper and getting back change tried to express confusion, only for Erica's final response to be "did you not want the coins" while drawing her hand back as if speaking to a child. This was the attitude she had during the entire interaction, but the final statement is what really stuck with me. By no means was this the most negative interaction I've ever had with a person before, but it simply wasn't kind. The initial cashier- I think her name was Khyren- was polite the entire time if not confused but the entire interaction with the workers was belittling and off. This is only heightened when compared to my more recent interactions with the location on Plano Parkway who have been nothing but kind every time I got there. Sad to say that the Coit location is not somewhere I want to return to anytime soon. read more
