I must say the Pflugerville location has some of the worst employees i've ever seen.. Im not one to wrote reviews but it's just a little ridiculous at this point this is the 3rd time ive had this problem but only ever at this particular location. Today I had a man named Damiani? take my order and he appeared to be annoyed before even walking up to my car then proceeded to rush me through my ONE MEAL order and never bothered to ask if I wanted any condiments and could barely tell me which car I was supposed to follow then just walked away to talk to his coworkers.. Definitely gonna be making the drive to Round Rock from now on. read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I have always avoided chic-fil-a's due to the long line. But we decided to go on in and see what the hype was all about. Little did we know, we had hands down the VERY BEST customer service we have ever gotten. These people are the absolute BEST at making you feel so welcomed that it actually overwhelmed me and made me want to tear up!!!! (At a fast food joint, can you believe it??) After we were done eating, this nice lady even came and took our trash from us!!! People- you can't get this kind of fast food service anywhere else. I wish this place many many blessings along with every single person that works there!!!!!! You must try it. This location is my usual breakfast stop on my way to work. I can say that the staff here are always very friendly and quick on the service side. One or two issues with getting the wrong order, but that's on me for not verifying my order before I leave. I get it. Your team is trying to move quickly and sometimes things happen. Love chick fil a but it never fails they forget something in my order even when it's a mobile order and it's on the receipt.

Just went to order a quick lunch. The order taker who came outside said we could not order from the speaker we had to order from him. When I pulled through to speak to the young manager wine black hair. He said. Oh ok. Sorry about that. He couldn't be bothered. I'm done. I'd rather drive all the way to Austin than give my money to this location. May 25th. Another bad service in line. Mercedes, the young lady taking our order, decided to have a can't be bothered attitude. It seemed like she don't want to hand us a menu. She kept it tucked under her arm. And when I asked what the breakfast of the day was. She said a chicken biscuit. I said is that the spicy one. She said no the chicken one. I'm always willing to give places more than one chance. But this is not the golden rule. If I treated her or some of the others they way they treated me... I wonder if Chick Fil A would respond then? There should be a zero stars function. read more

This chick fil a has been slacking lately. Last time , I got nothing but crumbs for my fries , and they keep forgetting to add my chick fil a sauce to the bag ! Happened about 3 times already. So make sure to check your bags to make sure your sauce is present. Employees be chatting too much on the window , maybe thefts why the forget the sauce. read more

Consistency. I love it, I crave it. And that's what is the best thing about this CFA: everything is fantastic, every single time. Food, service, wait, seating, drive through, cleanliness. It's all excellent. Every time! It's not often that you can say that about a fast food joint, but you can with this one. They are definitely doing it right! My partner and I come here at least once a week (usually 2-3 times...), because we love their spicy chicken. And fries. And tea. The food is always hot and fresh, no matter what day or time that we come looking for our CFA fix. Each time we come here, I think "this is good." And I always leave satisfied! Their "kids nights" on Tuesdays have become very popular, which I think is great. Even with the abnormal amount of children running around those nights, it doesn't feel overwhelming or out of control. My only wish is that they'd be open later at night (and let's be honest, Sundays too - but that won't happen), so that when we get the midnight munchies, we'd have something better to please our palette other than Whataburger! read more

I love this Chick-Fil-A in Pflugerville. They always have three registers open during peak hours and I've been offered table service every time I go in. The wi-fi works well and the place is clean. The food is very consistent and I pretty much enjoy the entire menu. They have Chicken Tortilla soup right now and it was a little salty but not bad at all. The kids love the nuggets and the indoor play area. It's not a bad way to spend a hour or so on a Saturday. read more

Every Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to seems well managed, the employees are tidy and polite, and the food is hot and fresh. I almost always upgrade my french fries to a side salad. They are a substantial size for a side salad, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and not shipped in a plastic bag from some giant fast food warehouse. If you don't buy the calendar for the freebie card to use through the year- you need to mark your calendar at Christmas time and buy it for $7! This rating is based on my specific experience the 1 time I went to this restaurant. I have the feeling it was a one-off, but still this was my experience: The food was the same as any other franchise...but the service was significantly worse. I was the only one in line, yet had to wait several minutes to be served. When I went to order, I was told the ice cream machine was down (one of the only reasons I go to Chick fil A is for the shakes. After I ordered, the food took a very long time to come out. They were about 1/2 an hour from closing, so I think they had cleaned the floor...which meant I was slipping and sliding everywhere I walked. The servers were friendly, but slow and not engaged. There was also a car blasting loud base outside, presumably in the drive through--this is obviously not their fault, but led to my sub par experience. For convenience and food, I'd go back. For service, etc...I'd pick a different one on my drive from Waco to Austin. read more
