Very friendly and clean. My issue was today, just about 1:30 I was taking my kiddo to the bathroom and a young female employee (heavier eyeliner, hair in a large bun on the very top of her head) came into the restroom too. After using the restroom, freshened up in the mirror but did not wash her hands. She literally stuck them under the faucet for barely a second, dried them and walked out. This was after we had eaten. This is an employee that touches the food people consume, and she used the bathroom without washing to go right back to touching the food people eat. Again, the rest of the restaurant was very clean, they kept going around to make sure everything was spotless and in order. I've never been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A because of the long lines of cars in the drive-thru lanes. Their food is good and I'm not a fan of the waffle fries, but many are and I respect everyone's opinion and tastes. Today I had a hankering to try their Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich. It has "grilled chicken, brown sugar pepper bacon, Colby Jack cheese, green leaf lettuce, and a zesty Smokehouse BBQ Sauce - all served on a toasted Hawaiian-style sweet yeast bun." I am often here with a friend for Bible study and we are there for a few hours and workers come by and refill our drinks. It's also never too busy. Tonight, I happen to do a mobile order at another location in Mansfield, by the time I made it closer to this side of Mansfield I noticed that my Arnold Palmer was disgusting. So I stopped by this location (not having any expectations) which I happened to catch Sam in the parking lot dropping off another customer's mobile order. I told him my situation and asked if he could replace my Arnold Palmer (expected to pay for it) and Sam replaced large Arnold Palmer for free not even knowing that I am a faithful consumer of CFA. One of the best fast food places in town. I love their Cobb salad, chicken sandwich, nuggets and strips. I am surprised that this location only has 3.5 starts because the employees are so nice and helpful. This location is always clean and quick. The past maybe 6 times that I have been to Chicfila have been disappointing. I always get a chicken sandwich. The chicken filet should be semi even thickness throughout & crisp but not greasy. It usually comes out too fat(ick!), soggy with hunks of fat that wasn't trimmed off & more soggy than crispy. . My child has to ask for Well Done to get a crispy sandwich or nuggets. Seems high maintenance but she won't eat them any other way. We shouldn't have to specify "Well Done" to get a fried chicken sandwich crispy.The chicken just keeps getting bigger & less crispy breading. Anyone else noticing this? Chick-fil-A has built it's brand in excellent customer service, which is something that makes it stand out from every other fast food brand. However, this location might as well be a burger king considering they miss an item from our order. Every. Single. Time. My family and I have been eating here every now and then since 2019 and have items missing from our order 9/10 times. Once we were missing a 32 peice nugget tray! This is an excellent Chick-fil-A. I do recommend if you don't like crowds to go before 12 or after 1 for lunch, because they get really busy. There is never to long of a wait though. I walked up to see cash being thrusted back at a family in black-marked white shirts because it wasn't enough to pay for the drinks.
