Omg what happened to this chick Fil a? It's totally gone! What the heck...always super busy, so I don't understand what is going on

Hope service gets better! I got the wrong drink but after having to turnaround on Hwy 29.... They did fix and apologized and gave me a coupon for a free lemonade or milkshake.. on my next trip I asked if I could use it for a tea since I don't like lemonade and really care nothing about a shake... the girl said No... really think they were getting the deal cause a tea is much cheaper.... I went here to meet up with a colleague to work on a presentation. The Wifi was stable and pretty easy to join (free!). I was there around 10 am and ordered an iced coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Both items were delivered promptly to our table and the biscuit was hot. The iced coffee tasted really good. The manager or owner stopped by our table to ask how everything was. He also offered to refill my colleague's drink. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will be back if I'm in the area! read more

This is probably the worst chick fil a in history. They forgot half the ingredients In my already over priced salad. The 22 year old who wants to claim she's a manager rolled her eyes at me after I asked for a kids straw. Not only was my salad horrific I was given a knife to eat it with and no fork in sight. There is always some issue when coming to this location anytime. Will not be back anytime soon! read more

After waiting 10, 15 minutes in a slow line that was wrapped the building we were told at 10:31 that we couldn't order breakfast. I've never had that happen at another one of their establishments when they know you're in line, so it was a waste of time and gas. Also, the car in front of us had a dog in it and the women at the window pet the pitbull. Touching a dog and handling food is nasty, so I'm glad they were rude enough to not service us. read more

This location Lilburn GA is the worst experience I've had at a Chick-Fil-A. Highly recommend not EVER visiting. I'm passing through Atlanta on my way back to Louisiana. I arrived at 10:20am ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, a large fruit cup, and a large diet lemonade. I was told in the drive thru it wasn't an issue and I would have to wait which I expected because lunch started in 10 minutes. I've asked for lunch at every location on this planet during late breakfast before and have never been turned down. As I was driving through after the kind ladies accepted my order, and I was ready to pay and wait in the designated parking spots. As I proceeded towards the window I was told that (This Store-Lilburn) could not process my order of 3 sandwiches and a fruit cup because it was still breakfast. Which I was reminded would end in less than 10 minutes-that I would wait as I was already told. Then I was told it wouldn't be until 11am until they could provide the order. It's almost laughable how terrible and a joke this location is. The operator clearly needs to be re-calibrated because he's not an owner, he's an operator that works for the corporation. I highly recommend never wasting your time at this location. I am a big fan of CFA and eat at various locations all over the southeast weekly. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THE LILBURN LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I've also informed my entire family members that live in the area of Lilburn to do the same. I'm sure CFA will contact me and offer free sandwiches and blah blah. Don't waste your time CFA I DO NOT WANT ANY FREE OFFERS. I simply want corporate to reach out to the operator of this location and let him know that he's not on the same page as the rest of every other location. You never tell customers no to orders. Especially I was planning on ordering that amount of food so I wouldn't have to stop again until I got home in Louisiana. What a terrible experience as I pulled over to review this store which now I will be late for a ST. Patty's day event back in louisiana but this needs to be addressed and unacceptable. Food is good as always, and the people are usually friendly, but the wait and efficiency of the service can sometimes not be that great at this location. There could be some improvement in that arena, but I think some of that is because of the location and set up of the drive through. This establishment could benefit for the double drive through which would increase the efficiency and movement and flow of traffic because it can get very backed up. Additionally, when they're extremely busy, I feel rushed when I'm in the drive through, and my order hasn't always been complete. I've gotten a side salad and the dressing was missing or ordered a super food and the packet for the superfood was missing. Additionally, I sometimes have been asked if we want any condiments with my meal. They do a great job when it's normal levels of consumers but when it gets crowded or super busy it's not as thorough. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is super close to my house and and go here several times a week( mainly to get their cookies) Chick-Fil-A has the hands-down best cookies EVER! The staff are always nice and the service at this location is exceptional. read more

Service is ALWAYS 5 star! The bathrooms have mouth wash & the tables have iPads for kids to stay entertained! Amazing! The older ladies are always a pleasure to be around because they interact with you and like to chat! I drive out of my way and pass 2 chickfilas to come to this one! read more

Late day at work and nothing sounded better than some tasty Chic-fil-a... Unfortunately my filet was not even warm enough to melt the cheese and when I asked that they melt it they took it from me, had me wait almost 5 more minutes and then tried to serve it the same temp as before... Ugghh what a let down when I was looking forward to my dinner. The shift leader could have cared less about the quality coming out of the kitchen and FYI the inside lobby was not all busy, but then again maybe that's why the filet was borderline Luke warm?! read more

Great fast food. The employees are super friendly. The restaurant in very clean. They make a special effort to ensure the drive-thru is fast during peak times. They are offering free breakfast to carpools while 85 is being repaired!!! read more

In that extremely rare case something is wrong, it is corrected quickly and without question. Stores are always clean , well stocked, and full of friendly employees . After the worst day possible at work, my van breaks down on Lawrenceville Hwy. I slow roll to Chick-fil -a, pull over to assess the problem. Radiator burst leaking out all the antifreeze. So I Notify my boss and call a tow truck. Can't believe this is how my day ends after 12 hours with no break. But sometimes there is a silver lining to things. I stepped inside Chick-Fil-A to get the address to give the tow truck company and the manager was right there ready to help. I relayed the address to the tow guy and started my wait. Decided to grab a sandwich while I wait and the manager says don't worry about it, we can cover that for you. Unbelievable!!! Little things make a world of difference. Here I am sulking, feeling miserable, and Chick-fil-a to the rescue!! Can't thank you guys enough!! I plan on returning that favor to someone. Pay it forward. read more

They are always fast and friendly, even learning the names of frequent customer so they can personally greet you.

Great customer service. Good food, and if for some reason it isn't up to CFA standards, they always replace it with no issues. Kids love the food and playground. Sad that Twinklz is gone. Drive thru is a struggle during peak times. read more

The service is always friendly and quick here and I've been coming here for years. It always seems busy as well, probably due to the naturally crowded area they are in on the highway.
