Decided to eat in the car in parking lot upon opening our bags realized they forgot to put brownie in the bag. I walked in to tell them the brownie was missing. Someone helped me and asked my name went over to the drive thru windows and looked on the register there. She was gone for a few minutes another staff member walked by and asked if I had been helped. I told her what I was waiting on she walked over to ask about it and. Came back to tell me they wanted my receipt. So I walked out to my car and brought it back in. Jessica met me at the counter and took my receipt she then told me that they were positive the brownie was put in the bag. I assured her it was not. So she then asked me to bring my bags in so she could look in them. So I did. Jessica then took my bags looked all through the bags and then handed the brownie to me. She told me that the staff member was sure the brownie was in the bag. While all of this was going on everyone at the front could hear as if I was being accused of stealing a brownie. I come here it least once a week to use my rewards and or get lunch/breakfast for work. This location is always polite and their order time for mobile/dine in orders is lightning fast. I order ahead of time using the app and whether I dine in or drive thru I can expect to get my food within 3-7 minutes depending on how busy they are. Food is also always excellent. My first time at this restaurant will be my last time. I had family in from out of town and drove to the restaurant with a takeout order for dinner. When I got back home I found several items missing. I called to ask for a refund, the team leader was unable to offer me any resolution other than driving back to the restaurant (while my family was eating) to get replacement items, and it had to be that night before 10:30 or she would do nothing at all. Once a year, I apparently have amnesia and I forget how shitty it is at Chick-fil-A. I went there today and the line was ridiculously long and the girl was extremely rude. I had to explain to her what I wanted three or four times before she got it right. And she still managed to mess it up. I went through the drive thru to order my food. I didn't check it before I left. When I reached into the box to grab a french fry, I pulled it out and it was covered in hair and lent. It wasn't just sitting on top of the fry. It was wrapped around it. It looked like someone dropped it between the fryer and the counter, and then picked it up and put in the box. I was so disgusted. We live in Clear Lake and this CFA is about equidistant from our house than the CFA on El Dorado. We like going to it on Saturdays at lunch because it's not that crowded. But the QC at this restaurant is lacking. Two of the last three orders we've received there were incorrect, missing sauces that are part of the meal (salad dressing, honey roasted BBQ sauce, etc.). I've made it home and realized this some times; others I double checked in the parking lot. No taste at all - except for the tortilla, which was not the freshest that I have ever had. It's Chick Fil A for goodness sake, you either wait or keep moving down to Wendy's. I personally think the parking lot / drive through set up is a little weird. It feels like a really long drive through line and pulling out of the line seems like it will cause some accidents because people are pulling in at the same spot too.
