The level of service at this Chick-fil-A is subpar at best. I've been here several times in person and doordashed my food. They are chronically late on the orders (I'm comparing to the 2 other stores in the area), online pickup is sloppy and unorganized, and the wait staff are not up to par on friendliness or thoroughness. The person that directs traffic in the parking lot is frequently on their cell phone and not paying attention. The Kirkwood store wouldn't have hired any of the people that work here. read more

The food was good but the level of service was disappointing. Not what I am used to. We had a difficult time with the cashier taking our order and then the order came out wrong. When I went back to trade out the nuggets for the grilled ones that we ordered, the cashier said it was our fault that we did not specify! WE NEVER ORDER ANYTHING BUT GRILLED! Then after telling me it was our fault, we were charged more for the grilled nuggets! Terrible service and you minus well keep driving down to McDonalds. For 1 the employees are very rude. The made a mistake with our order and we drove back to get all of our items. They rudely asked for our receipt when it was clearly staples to the bag I even showed my app that documented our purchase. They took our food back and instead of replacing the entire order gave us back our cold food and took back the extra item they mistakenly gave us. We did not want the extra food but I've never seen a Chick-Fil-A take food back and be so nasty about making the order correct. It pains me to say this about any CFA, but this is the worst I've ever been to! For starters, the staff is not friendly. Me or my family have never had a friendly experience with this one. They mess orders up on a continuely basis...that is, when they finally get your order to you. They're overstaffed and far too slow - quite literally, too many cooks in the kitchen. And the little things. The girl behind the counter who just took my order didn't have a name tag displayed. All of the women's hair are in messy buns. No one has good posture that displays the "pleasure" they're suppose to have. Chick fil a is known for their super awesome customer service and efficient drive thrus... Bridgeton didn't get the memo or the training when they opened. The closest chick fil a is probably on Manchester .. you could drive there get your food and get back home before you even make it to the window to get your food at this chick fil a and be treated way better. This location is so friendly and nice. They get through the line super fast. The only problem is, there's always a line and for those of us who follow the protocol and get in line the correct way, there's always a ton of people coming in through the exit on the other end cutting everyone in line. The 2 stars are only for the hot fries I received. A few visits ago I ordered a cup of tortilla soup and asked them to add shredded cheese to it. They did not. I wasn't surprised; it's happened before. So I called the store to inform them of the mistake, and a female leader took my information down so that I could get my soup remade correctly next time. I came back 10 days later (their policy is up to 14 days) to get my complimentary soup, and they claimed they couldn't find me in their system. I was then told I would have to pay for it. I wasn't going to pay them any money I did not rightfully owe them. So I left, and got my soup at the Brentwood location instead. Food was good! Wait time was normal for fast food. The girl who took our order (Lacey), however did not offer the usual Chick-fil-A customer service. She didn't smile the entire time she took our order. We could tell she didn't want to be there working and didn't really care to wait on customers. Having been to a few different Chick-fil-A, it's weird to see an employee not overjoyed to work there or make sure customers are taken care of above-and-beyond other fast food places. The parking lot and drive-thru has been a horrible design since it opened. The service has NOT been the typical excellent service of the Chik-Fil-A brand. Rather than get a "My pleasure", it is typical to get no response or I have received, "Yep". It's just a let down. To make matters worse, most recently they have taken away the self-serve sauces, wet naps, and tableware! That's a bad sign for this location and shame on people abusing "free" sauce! read more

I've had so many great experiences with this restaurant but the past few times the service seemed to be a little less enjoyable than it normally is. Recently there has been times where some employees, especially the ones directing traffic have shown a little bit of attitude.-- he rolled his eyes at us while we tried to leave the parking lot because he had not seen us leaving and tried to direct a car into the drive thru while we were passing. Let me first say, I LOVE chick fil a. My children and I are frequent customers. It's the norm for us to drive to Manchester or across the river to get our chick fil a . So when I saw one was opening less than 10 min from our house...first thought OH I AM IN SO MUCH TROUBLE NOW, it's next to my Aldi, second thought YAY! Today was my fourth visit to this location. Unfortunately it was the worst experience there yet. I showed up with 3 of my mom friends and their kids, 14 of us in total. We found seating, placed our orders, and their food came quickly....my kids and I waited...20 minutes went by, I spoke to THREE different employees about our order, not one of them came back to me. 27 minutes later I spoke to the owner, Todd Anthony....he apologized and went to check on our food. It clearly had not been made yet, as it took another 7 minutes to get it. By this time, everyone in my party had finished eating. My kids and I were left waiting. Todd Anthony brought us our order, yay, not yay, it was wrong!!!!! He brought me gift cards for 3 free chicken sandwiches. We don't eat chicken sandwiches if you would have looked at our order you would have noticed that my children had nuggets and I had a chicken wrap! Those gift cards are of no good to me.
