I went today at 1 pm. I've never seen such a rush - the line extended all the way out onto Causeway, taking up the entire turn lane! Not to fear, they had 2 drive thru lanes open so traffic moved very quickly. Lots of friendly staff stationed throughout the lines taking orders. It was a hot and sunny day but all the workers were smiling despite the unusually warm December weather. Food was hot and fresh. Like most locations they are always super busy and hard to get a table inside but the service is always friendly and fast as possible. The staff are also great about getting tables cleaned quickly when people leave. Due to the difficulty getting a table during rush hour I prefer to use the drive thru. So let me just first start off by giving kudos hands down to Tarleisha. She was the cashier who helped me with my order. I decided to buy lunch for my group 14 meeting and everyone had an individual order. Tarleisha took special care and making sure that she repeated my order not once not twice but three times to ensure that you have the correct. In addition to that not only did she get my order right but she walked me out to my car because my order was so big. this was very surprising as I came at the peak of the lunch hour when they are extremely busy. kudos to this restaurant they just took customer service to another level for me. Just an odd deal here this morning. Can't say as I have ever walked into a chik fil a and be given a buzzer to go sit and wait for my food. These is no one else here. So while I wait for my biscuit, there is staff cleaning windows, a floor scrubbing machine is running in the lobby, and the bathrooms are closed for cleaning...... Shouldn't all this be handled before opening? How dirty could all of this gotten so dirty in the first hour of opening the doors? Cmon gang, this is so out of character for a chik fil a. Let me start by saying that I love Chick-fil-a food, I have never had any issues with it at all. This review is of the new interior design. Before it always felt friendly and homey but now with the new design that is not at all the case. It's now very sterile, too much white it feels like I am at at Dr office or hospital. The cashier stations now jut out creating a lot less room for people in line or waiting for food and just makes things awkward. They ask for your name and yell it out into the crowd, which just seems tacky. It was much better when you just waited by the cashier and they handed you your order. I will not eat in or order inside at this location I will still with the drive thru & take it with me. read more

I have no clue what the hype about this place is- yes it's good- but it's still fast food. Every time I'm here the line for both drive thrus is sooo long. I like the nuggets and the chicken sandwich, the husband enjoys the spicy chicken sandwich. The service inside is beyond good for fast food- I love the free refills and the clean comfortable atmosphere. It doesn't feel like fast food. Breakfast is a treat here- chicken minis and cinnamon rolls are the best. I will be back but I wish it wasn't such a long line! My family lives in the Midwest and they come into town and get off the plane and head straight for chick fil a, maybe I don't know what I have until it's gone?! Given that chic fil a is a very busy place, the service I received from a young brunette girl with bright eyes was unacceptable. Before I reach the window for my food, I see a van in front of me returning something back to drive thru. I feel a little panicked assuming it was mine. With no surprise, the sandwich is what I ordered. I added pickles, no lettuce, and American cheese. I see the young brunette girl come back with a bag of fries and grabs the sandwich that was left in front of the window and tosses it in the bag. I look at my sandwich before driving off. The paper wrap around the sandwich was in disarray and I mention to her that I am well aware this was the same sandwich that was returned before I reached the window. She bends down low and forward so I can take a good look at her since I was driving a lower sedan. Her exact words while holding up the sandwich in midair, " the sandwich that was given back is in the trash, do you want to look inside?" (While snapping attitude) WTF?? I tell her, that is not necessary. I just would like a new sandwich because I don't feel comfortable taking a sandwich when it looks like it was tampered with. She answers again, " I'm the only one who has been handing food out through this window. All food is correct and not tampered with." I see this woman often. Hope she is not the manager because that is unacceptable. I ordered my sandwich with specific instructions. It is unlikely two cars in a row orders the exact same sandwich with specific instructions. read more

This is by far the worst CFA I have ever been to and I eat CFA weekly. They need to retrain a few of their employees on customer service because those people are not friendly AT ALL. (11/25/20 9:40 PM) I had a mobile order and then had to place another order when I got there. The kid who served me was very short and snippy. When I asked for a Cherry Coke he just said "we don't have that" in a very rude manner. Then once we get to the payment station, we had to deal with another very rude employee. She made no eye contact, no smile, didn't say thank you or nothing. I asked for a receipt because they didn't scan my app and she acted as if that were a major problem for her to print my receipt out. Then she slowly mumbled "Yup have a good night" under her breath once i said thank you for my card and receipt. We get to the window and let the lady know that they were very rude and she seemed very sincere and apologetic. Then we get our food and between both orders there were 2 small milkshakes, we received them with no whipped cream or cherries (when requested) and the shakes were complete LIQUID, almost like they just poured milk into the cup. The nice girl at the window is the only reason I put 2 stars (that and because our food was actually hot). I will never be going back to this location. read more

I ordered tomatoes on my sandwiches and when I pick up my order the lady tells me they out which isn't a big deal, but instead of offering me something else she says "it's just 50 cents". It's not about the money but the principle of good customer service. this is easily the slowest moving chik fil a i have ever been to. everyone knows how packed the chik fil a can get but every location i've ever been to handles the rush of people with ease and efficiency. not this one. in addition, certain team members are often rude or have nasty attitudes. very atypical for a chik fil a. this location is about 3 minutes from where i live but i drive farther out of my way to go to a different one because this one is no good. i suggest everyone else do the same. read more

As i waited 15 minutes for breakfast, this chick fil a moved so slow that exactly at 10:30 they said I couldn't order breakfast and would have to order lunch. Even though I was there on time. I even called in when I was waiting to place the order to pick up just in case they pulled the "only lunch" stunt, and she said i couldn't unless i was catering..even though Ive done this before. She told me to just get their app and order on there. So fine, I downloaded the app and when I went to check out, it kept giving an error. Then it said sorry breakfast is over. I just moved to the area And this is my second bad experience with them, as the first time they gave me a burned bagel with stale chicken. I eat chick fil a way to much anyway never had problems till recently. 3 times in a row I've had problems, the last one really mad me mad and left me standing and waiting forever!! Needless to say I finally decided to call and say something to this location Mgr. which I did he was very nice, helpful, apologized over and over said he would sit down with staff to discuss my issues that I had (to much to go into) anyway he took my name said it was going in "the book" my "family" could all have a meal on the house he took my name and I said there was 5 in my family he said no problem 5 meals..whenever I want to use them. I told him next time I am there if he is there I will ask for him he even told me when he usually is at this location. I go back order tell the girl I am in the book I would like to use 2 of my free meals that I was given 5. She looks at my like I don't know what, I tell her my name she starts asking questions!!! I tell her your Mgr. told me this would be in the book it would be no problem getting the meals and I could use however many I want they don't have to be all 5 at at once. She turns around is talking to this guy and he comes over I say I talked to Mgr. which is HIM, he acts like he has never talked to me or he has no clue or maybe I made this up I don't know, but he says go ahead give her the meals. So I get my 2 meals I'm sure I won't get anymore of them. Please don't have a 15 minute conversation with a customer go into great detail about the staff what my problems were how you want to fix that and my "free meals" that it's in "the book" if this is what is going to happen. I felt like an idiot that was making up some story people were looking at me...Please if your going to do this then don't bother at all helping out a customer via the phone! read more

Great food, but this place is PACKED! Very awkward to get to at times, as the line wraps around the building and spills into the road. The easiest way to get into the restaurant is eastbound on 676. Service has always been friendly, and the sauces are bountiful and savory. read more

Just waited 28 minutes in the drive thru (on a not very busy day) while staff didn't do their usual walking around to take orders, all for them to tell us they "don't know" if we can get what we ordered and a deep resentful sigh when we asked them to scan their rewards app. We got to the window AFTER PAYING and were told they're not sure we can get our food (we ordered breakfast at 10:15am after waiting for at least 10 minutes in line). This is by far the best fast food chicken joint around. The waffle fries are one of a kind the chicken sandwich is fresh every time. If you haven't had the peach milkshake hurry it's a one of a kind peachy wonder. This place is always packed for good reason the food is good.
