Consistently good across the nation! Normally, I don't review chain restaurants in different cities after I have already reviewed them once. I had to make an exception to recognize what is a consistent pattern of good food and great customer service. The chick-fil-a sandwich meal with waffle fries and iced tea is phenomenal. It is consistently good with fresh ingredients and generous portions. What's more important is the consistently commendable costumer service and attitude. At this particular Chick-fil-a, three times during my meal staff members asked me how my dining was going and if they could get me anything. There are some 5-star restaurants where I have to beg a server to refill my water glass! The polite and courteous demeanor of each staff member including the cashier is wonderful and seems genuine. I also very much appreciate the company's policy of hiring elderly and disabled. More business should adopt this model. It bears mentioning that this Chick-fil-a is immaculately clean and tidy. Can't go wrong with Chick fil A. This location is packed at lunch time, with a line usually out the door. But it's a very fast moving line since staff take your order in line and then you pay at the cashier. By then, your food is usually almost ready. Staff are very nice and efficient. read more

I have never used yelp to leave any reviews in my entire life until today. My girlfriend and I went to Chick-fil-a today, both of us got chicken sandwich meals for dinner. When we went to order, we were met with the WORST attitude we have ever seen from any Chick-fil-A employee. Not only was this employee rude, she completely botched our order. When we arrived home in RANDALLSTOWN, a 30 minute drive, we went to eat and found that not only was our order wrong, but our sandwiches were not fully cooked. It's really amazed me the customer service I received at this location. It was my first time at Baltimore. I was in a bad mood before going in to Chick-fil-A. When I was at the register to place my order, the cashier was very friendly, big smile. I ordered spicy chicken (meal #2) and there were different type of sauces so I asked the cashier how many sauces I can get, she told me as many as I wanted, so I told her I would like to try all of them. To my surprises, she gave me one of each sauces. The burgers was good. The fried was good too. I love the sauces. My favorites were the Polynesian sauce and the Chick-fil-A sauce. This place is the best when it comes to great fast food. The staff are great as well as the list of what I can order including the new fish specials. If there were samples of the fish, I would take the time to see if 1 bite of it is enough to recommend everyone to get the Fish Fillet sandwiches and tenders while they're available this season. The restaurant can do better such as having speedy service for said food during the evening even with the lack of a few staff members. I also wish that the prices didn't take a jump from the last time that I was here. It's understandable that this particular Chick-fil-a wants to be successful financially each day. Wow I was pretty sure I had already written a review since I love this place. This is such a convenient location as I work downtown. And although it can get pretty busy that just shows you how popular it is. I've had a few mistakes with my orders but it's always been taken care of and made right no questions asked. I have even had and opportunity to meet the owner of this particular location, who you can see sometimes working the line with his employees. A classic chicken sandwhich and waffle fries for me with a frozen lemonade (DID NOT LIKE THAT!!!) for me, chicken nuggets kids meal for my little ones. Totally understand what we have been missing out on. Even more than the chicken i enjoyed the huge dipping sauce variety. I was well prepared to pay $5 extra dollars to be able to try as many sauces as i could to see which i liked best and when i asked for the first round of three different sauces and a salad dressing (Avocado lime.....yummm!!!!) she quickly grabbed them all and asked me if i wanted to try any others....what?!?!?!?!?! I enjoyed this meal, definitely not the fast food i am used to as a NYer. This Chick-fil-a has gotten better over time. When it first opened, I was impressed by the clean, modern decor that is unlike a typical fast food joint. Their food and service was good, but nothing to write home about. I stopped by last week during the lunch rush hour. The place was entirely packed with a few empty seats still remaining. I was the only one in line, yet the employee with a tablet approached me, took my order, and directed me to the cashier. While the CC was going through, she asked me what I wanted to drink and the condiments I wanted.She gave me a bag of sauces and filled up Dr. Pepper. Just a second later, she handed me my drink along with my order. That is literally the fastest service I have ever received anywhere. Food also came out looking exactly like you see in the ads too. The only drawback would be the soft Christian rock they put on the speakers since that isn't usually my go to music. I was impressed enough to write a review about it. Lemonade burned going down and it was definitely regular not diet bc I had her refill it 2 times and the worker tried it and said it tasted bad also, it did not taste like any Chick-fil-A lemonade I have ever tried and I'm a serious Chick-fil-A fanatic. I visit Chick fil a at least 3 times monthly. This is my 3rd time at this particular location and it is always a great experience after having a busy morning at the aquarium. They have exceptional customer service, cleanliness is outstanding and the ladies in charge of keeping the eating area are so attentive! They checks on customers periodically to make sure that everyone's drinks are ok or refills needed. Pick up trash if on customer's way while eating, provide napkins, utensils, etc if needed. They are the highlight of my visits to this location. As busy as this place is, they make sure to always wear a smile. Keep up the good work!! read more

My office placed a catering order for breakfast and when I picked it up, they gave me what I thought was the whole order. I walked out and began walking back to my office. Made it halfway when all of a sudden the guy who had given me my order ran up next to me. I had forgotten the fruit tray for the order and he ran all the way after to make sure I received it.
