I had just underwent knee injections and headed to Cick-fil-a for lunch and some much deserved ice dream. We used the Drive thru since I could barely walk. The line was around the building but moving quickly. I placed my order and drove around to the window. Our cashier was Angel but I don't know if that was the girl at the window. Anyway I took a chance and asked for a plastic bag of ice for my knee. Even at the odd request the girl smiled and said sure. It only took her a moment but I have worked a drive tru so I know there is a time pressure. I thanked her a bunch and she told me it was her pleasure. I am so thankful that Chick-fil-A's staff took the time to help me it has saved me a lot of pain. Ps... I wouldn't have even asked at some other fast food restaurants. read more

Rude service at chickfila?? I didn't think it was possible but if you want to see it, please make your way over to this white marsh location. I ordered my food and headed to the bathroom. I came back out and saw that people who ordered after me had been served so I asked the young fella if my name had been called. I could tell he was new and confused. He asked his superior and they pretty much barked at him saying that they were not the bagger and so and so was the bagger at the moment. I saw the bagger and asked her. She seemed annoyed. My food was given to me without my frosted lemonade. The bagger proceeded to tell me "you were up next" in a snarky tone. I had to ask for my frosted lemonade because apparently it was given away to someone else when I was in the restroom. Only reason for two stars is because I love the food. read more

I love the food and employees but I stopped going to this location because of the constant long waits in the drive thru. Spending 20 minutes in line was a regular occurrence. A few times I just kept driving when I saw the line wrapped around the building. This place needs to take some lessons from the Martin Plaza location. Staffers there take your order in person you pay before you get to the window. It's a much faster system. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is pretty good. The food is good, the staff is nice, and they do their best to keep the place clean. It's nice to come here for a quick bite to eat, but nothing too fancy. It does get slightly busy however when it comes to lunch and dinner. read more

I got sick as a dog after eating someone else's order. I ordered 8ct nugget, my bag had a 3ct tenders w/ fries. Although the the food was warm, I could tell it was old because the breading wasn't crispy, the moisture had mad it almost soggy. I called the location and spoke to Steve Pavlosky and one thing is for sure he defends his location and he assured my that he checks his temps etc. etc. All I know is I woke the next morning feeling like who did it and why. He offered a free meal the next time I was in town. I will not be going back. read more

I'm relatively new to the area, so my experience with this particular Chick Fil A is limited to a handful of visits. However, I'd consider myself a Chick Fil A connoisseur. I frequent several other locations numerous times per week. (Am I proud of that? Yes, I kind of am. #RedStatus). I'm getting to know this particular location -- and so far, I'm less than pleased. The store seems to be slower than others to clean up tables (as well as the floor). The past few times I've been, it's been hard to find a table that wasn't smeared with the last persons food debris and liquids. There's the standard "floater" carrying a rag and getting refills, but the tables aren't getting cleaned for some reason? I'm used to my frequented Chick Fil A's where, within 15 seconds of you leaving, there's someone coming behind you to clean your table. Also, this location didn't/doesn't seem to have open/public wifi which is a real let down for me. I like to take more work to Chick Fil A during lunch and get a bit done while I get a bite. 75% of the Chick Fil A's I've been too have pretty solid wifi available. read more

I was early to work and decided to get some breakfast. I was gonna go to Dunkin Doughnuts, but decided to get chik fil a because i'm never have enough time to get their breakfast. So i got the number one, which is the chicken on a biscuit, hashbrown, and I got a coffee as my drink. Chik fil a chicken is always good, it just cant be beat. The hasbrowns were just Ok, i thought they needed more flavor. It was the Coffee that rubbed me the wrong way. I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee. I don't know if they actually put it in there, but i feel that the sugar was missing, it tasted disgusting. I tried to keep drinking the coffee because I didn't want to waste my money, but the coffee had a tangy taste to it. No Thank You! Chik fil a does everything great, but Coffee is not there specialty. read more

Avoid this one! Some CfA's are able to handle the crowds, and some cannot. This is the latter. Ordered a dinner with coffee, and was told, "will take 5 min to brew." You know where I'm going with this...10 minutes later, and after asking 3 different people about it, they began to brew. So, as the rest of my to-go dinner is getting cold, I get to watch coffee brew. As I wait, another employee takes coffee for themselves. This was 7:00 on a fairly typical Saturday night. Fast friendly service. They rarely mess up your order but when they do they certainly will make it right even by one of their employees driving to your local workplace to correct the problem. As I work about 5 minutes away from this location we've had problems with through the drive thru and getting back to work only to find our order was wrong or the tea was bad. so when we called and spoke with a manager he was more than happy to make it right. Even that we were okay with just picking up a meal the next day or the next trip by chick-fil-a, that wasn't good enough the manager. He then asked for our work address and delivered our food and fresh tea. That is more than great customer service to me, there aren't many restaurants, fast food places even other chick-fil-a chains that do this. read more

Chick-fil-A is supposed to have over and beyond customer service . This is the first one I have been to that the manager on shift looks so unbelievably miserable it makes you wonder why she is still working there. This happened at 7 pm on 10-25-18 . First of all I have been in management for over 4 years and I know that the one thing that will turn customers and. Employees away is how you present yourself, you do not scold employees in front of your customers. This is not how you train and it's embarrassing for you as a manager to do so. Love chick-fil-a, but just had a bad experience at this location. Today is cow appreciation day. Kids and I were dressed with our spots. Ordered at the drive thru, but when we got to the window we were told the offer doesn't count in the drive thru. We would have to park and come in and place our order again. Worst Chick Fila we've ever been too! We just went they the drive thru for breakfast on our way to New York. The girl on the drive they speaker was less than pleasant. Got to the window to get our food and was informed they were out of honey (the only reason my husband goes there for breakfast). So he got a different sauce for his chicken biscuit. It was terrible. What he was able to eat of it. He had several pieces of hair in his sandwich!! Then he picked up his soda, the lid wasn't on and it spilled all over him in the car. Then my daughter found a hair in her nuggets. Needless to say, the rest of us stopped eating. It was like a bad movie. In general chick fila seems to be going down hill. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe, it wasn't as good as other Chick fil a restaurants. I usually eat 2 Chick fil a sauce packets per sandwich. When I asked for 2 they told me "We only give out 1 per Sandwhich." This was a deal breaker. I left and will never eat there again. They are too cheap. Poor Customer service. Other Chick fil a restaurants I've been to had no problem giving me 2 per Sandwhich. read more
