I received offer accidentally hit wrong bank name so it will not let me complete application w/o entering info. I called several times during business hours they stop answering the phone. If this is a legitimate company in the business to make money in finance area, they will fail. Customer service sucks and phones don't get answered so what work is being done. Some people can't come right down to office and that is the purpose of online option to apply.
