So I called Friday to schedule an evaluation, said my insurance was accepted and call me Monday to set up an appointment as the assistant wasn't there but the manager was. How did he get to that position again? You couldn't set it up right there and then, ok fine whatever. Monday comes no call until I call at 4:30pm just to argue with the women saying they don't accept it. Why didn't I get a call back? We go back and forth for five minutes after asking for the guy I spoke to. She was the office manager supposedly ,beating around bush until she finally passes the call. He was the district manager who didn't know what insurances are acceptable. says he will get back to me. Moral of story go down the street to pt solutions, friendly, nice and helpful. So I was called to go in for a job interview, my appointment was at 9 am and I waited almost 35 min to be seen. Then whoever the guy who interview me didn't even introduce himself, while I was explaining myself to his questions, the man has the nerve to be on his phone and completely wasn't focusing on what I was saying. Unprofessional, Just a horrible interview. After I try to get a job and explained myself he said "Am not gonna train or hired you", I said thanks and wheeled my self out the door. Am a wheelchair user trying to be successful, and this jerk has the nerve to talk to me down, but I held ground and my professionalism, and walked out, before I would've went off on him and treat him. So I don't recommend this place for any therapy to be taken place here. It's small and it smells in there. If you need therapy go to "Shirley Ryan Ability Lab" ten times better then these little family own places. I give this place a negative -star!! read more
