I ordered through DoorDash. Ordered an antipasto salad. Received a regular salad. Called CPA to explain. Phone rep doesn't seem to understand that I received an incorrect item. Puts me on hold. Finally picks back up. "DoorDash needs to fix that." Soooo, DoorDash did their part by picking up the order and delivering it. But CPA doesn't make their own error right? Sadly, down to 1 star. Ordered a 14 inch pizza. We did have a 15% code. We asked if there were any other deals to add on. 27 bucks for a small pizza is just kind of pricey. So, we always ask if there are any extra deals. The guy on the phone said he could take off the delivery fee. So we ordered and were happy. Well, pizza was delivered. We paid in cash and tipped 5 bucks (and we only live 1 mile away). But, the delivery fee was still on the bill! I don't like being blatantly lied to. So, 1 star. read more

We're craving for some pizzas so I came here to buy a box of pizza. I ark my car and I'm glad that I easily park it with no hassle at all. There are few cars outside so its easily park the car. When I enter there are few people inside. And there is no line on the counter. I went there and take a look at their menu. They different kind of pizza. They also have a family size pizza. At first I planned to bought 2 box since I thought that they have small pizza but when I saw it I just bought 1 piece. It came with a nice box. When I'm home my kids was so happy. We decided to try a different pizza place for our Friday Family special. We ordered a deep dish, a thin crust, a cookie and a brownie. The attached picture shows the deep dish as we opened it. (Sauce sliding all to one side) Most likely from the delivery driver speeding down our street and stopping abruptly in front out our house. The deep dish was ok as the sauce and cheese were good but the crust lacked the flavor and richness as normally found in a Chicago deep dish. The thin crust was the star of the meal. Good sauce and crust with fresh ingredients! Pass on the cookie & brownie. Both were bland and flavorless. Next time we'll get the thin crust and will be sure to pickup instead of delivery. read more

We were really pleasantly surprised by this place! The deep dish was well balanced with the crust, cheese, sauce ratio. The thin crust was heavy on the sauce, which I find delicious. The breadsticks were served in a big white box and were the cutest little surprise. They are mini breadsticks (there were probably 35 pieces of fried, hot dough covered in Parmesan). So yummy! The salad was fine, but the creamy garlic was so thick - reminded me of mayonnaise. We will order from here again! read more

So I was dropping my son off to get a haircut and my daughter and I walked down to get some pizza we ordered 2 cheese pizza's. we paid for the pizza they told us will be about 20 minutes. We came back 20 minutes later and no pizza! Waited 30 more minutes no pizza. Now girl that took my order is pretending not to see me. She wouldn't even confirm that I had just ordered the pizza from her. She just looked down as if I didn't exist. I've spent thousands of dollars at this pizza restaurant over the years I will never go back there I don't recommend it read more

We were excited to try this place out as it is very close to our home. We tried the thin crust which is similar to a cracker thin crust pizza. The sauce was very tasty. We also tried the buffalo hot wings and bread sticks. Both were pretty darn good. The bread sticks are mini ones (you get a large portion perfect for sharing) that get deep fried so they had a little crunch but were still soft on the inside. The buffalo wings had a sweet heat kick to them that I really enjoyed. We will definitely be ordering here again and trying out the other crusts they offer (double dough, deep dish etc.) read more

The pizza here is amazing and they always have coupons! We've been getting the Pick 4 and aside from being delicious, always delivered hot and on time, the price is extremely reasonable! (Compare the price of their 18" to other 16" pizzas.) Recently, I had an issue with an order and I let management know that we were a bit disappointed. Ordered $100 worth of pizza's from my mother-in-laws 74th birthday. 2 pizza's were burnt; cheese was nearly black. The double dough pizza was not cooked all the way and the top was covered in grease. Suffice to say the food was crap. Not this 1st time this has happened to us ordering through CPA, you'd think by now we'd be smart and order from somewhere else. Their problem is that they have no consistancy in their quality. One order the pizza is fine, the next you can even eat it. Sadly I think this is the final straw and we won't be back. I burned the roof of my mouth because it was so hot! BUT, why did I give this place two stars? If you don't mind bad customer service, then you can skip this. They do have decent pizza, hence the two stars. BUT, if you are like me, I do care about customer service and this place needs MAJOR work. The women over the phone told me 25 min wait. NO BIGGIE. I just got off work - a tad hungry. Ok, I'll survive. But, people started to pile into the small shop. 50+ min wait for the actual pie?! Yesterday was the first time that we ordered food from CPA. It was a disaster. Cold food and a mistake in the order. Cold Food: I was told that our order would be ready at 6:20. I arrived at 6:15. My order, thin crust pizza and hot wings were sitting in a warming oven with a number of other orders. I knew that something was wrong when the underside of the pizza box was cold. When I got home the food was cold and the crust on the pizza was tough and chewy. The crust on a thin crust pizza gets ruined when it sits in a cardboard box. The crust absorbs the moisture from the cheese and vegetable toppings and become chewy. Incorrect Order: We ordered boneless wings. Instead, we received bone-in wings! Considering the situation that we are in regarding COVID, restaurants need to be at the top of their game or they will not survive. Cold food and incorrect orders is a road to failure. read more

I ordered The Works pizza and it was FANTASTIC! The cheese is very high quality mozzarella and they didn't skimp on it. There are nine other ingredients on it and they were plentiful. The people who run this place are nuts. The restaurant offers a "pick four toppings" pizza for a price that is less than if you order three toppings. Several times we have tried to order a pizza with three toppings on the whole pizza and one topping on half - a total of four toppings. Each time they have told us we have to order a topping for the other half. One time, my husband told them to take the amount of topping they'd use for a whole pizza and pile it on half. Most recently, I tried to explain that we were saving them money because they were only using half the ingredients but collecting money for a whole pizza's worth of topping. When we got the pizza, they had ADDED GREEN PEPPER to the half without a fourth topping!! Without asking! I hate green pepper. What if someone in our house was allergic to it? All because they have their rules. Oh, and the crust was soggy, and the salad was overpriced. $9 for a bunch of romaine lettuce? Never going back. read more
