To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.

Instead, the drivers insisted the buses needed to return to their start location half an hour earlier than the contracted time because they failed to leave a buffer before the next reservation. Drivers did not seem knowledgeable about the routes, and even went to the wrong location at one point, refusing to listen to the passengers who pointed out their error. Another bus dropped passengers off in the wrong location, though luckily only a few blocks away. Overall, 312 Limo was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional! Absolutely wild response from Dan! Yes, it was 312 Limo, and you personally spoke to people from my group when the wrong buses arrived and during the later mishaps.

For a bachelorette weekend, our driver Friday night (Frank) was excellent!! He went out of his way to help us and was so nice and accommodating. The limo bus we had was great too. Then Saturday... We get a guy who barely speaks English and he had with him a sidekick wearing a suede vest who looked like a young Geppetto and who I don't believe spoke any English. The worst part was that this short limo bus (which was not the vehicle we were told we would have) did not have functioning air conditioning... On 4th of July weekend!! So here we are, 10 girls dressed to the nines with our hair and makeup done out for a bachelorette party, dripping sweat in the back of this limo. We spent the entire first leg of the trip trying to communicate with the drivers to figure out the issue and try and get the cold air blowing, which it never did. It was beyond miserable. The driver and his mystery guest (neither of whom ever introduced themselves to me) were not at all familiar with the area and drove right past two of the three destinations we were scheduled to go to. I had to stick my head through the window and tell them they missed it, so they had to try to turn the limo around, which was not an easy feat and made us late. It was also not good because then I couldn't relax and hang out with my friends because I had to be watching the road to make sure he was going the right way. Then, while we were in the winery doing our tasting, we saw our driver and his plus one sleeping on a bench in the vineyard. SLEEPING during the break!! And the owner of the vineyard pointed it out to us, which was so embarrassing. So this all happened. Fine. I would have let bygones be bygones and not rated anywhere if they had handled the situation appropriately by promptly refunding at least a portion of my money. Instead, I called the following Monday and Jennifer was angry that I didn't call her immediately to ask for a new limo with working AC... Really??? You're based in the city, we have reservations at 3 places at very set times in the suburbs. We would have missed every event that I had been working for months to plan if we had to wait for you to send out another limo. We did what we had to do! So then she finally says she'll call the company who manages the limo that was dispatched to us that night, and will call me back that day with a solution. Let me say that Jennifer has yet to proactively call me back, two weeks later. I have had to call her to get any more information, and every time I get the runaround. Even when she PROMISES me a return phone call, I hear nothing. I have called every day this week, they have not answered, and I have left about 2 voicemails a day, none of them rude, asking for a return call, and still nothing. Not only that, but now they recognize my number, and quickly answer and hang up so that I don't have the opportunity to leave a voicemail. DO NOT rent from this company. I am getting married in 2 months and after this experience, I have chosen to use a different company for our wedding weekend. They have lost all of my other future business too - I am also booking a limo for the day after my best friends wedding, the girl that we got the limos for during 4th of July wknd, and we will not be booking with them. I recommend you do the same. I will post an update if I ever hear back from Jennifer with an acceptable refund of my money.

We originally had another company booked to take us to and from the White Sox Game for a bachelorette party, but unforunately the Sox changed the time of the game and our original company could no longer accommodate the new times. I was initially quite excited when this company could book us with less than a week to go and for $100 less! (Should have been the first red flag) Also, Jennifer had guaranteed that we would be able to bring a cooler of beer and leave it on the limo for the return trip. (Definite plus!) A couple more red flags... they take a credit card "just in case," but require a cash up front payment for both trips. Third, they were unwilling to send an email confirmation. On the day of the event, I called and spoke with Jennifer to confirm our pick up time, because we were on a very strict timeline (3:05 gametime at the Cell). She told me they would be there at 2:00pm. Long story short, the driver did not show up until 2:15. He informed me that we would not be having the same driver home (uhhh... I was told that we could bring coolers of beer?) I voiced the fact that I was told that we could do this, and that I'm not exactly happy with the service I was receiving as to this point, so I was not necessarily willing to give him at 20% gratuity. He was rude, not apologetic at all about being late, and walked away from me in the middle of talking to me. He told me I needed to give him the money or we weren't going anywhere. In the end, I finally just gave him the money, because it was now 25 minutes after his scheduled pick up and we were going to be missing quite a bit of the game. His driving was horrid and we were thrown all around the back... I can't even begin to count the number of spilt drinks. We ended up arriving 20 minutes after game time. Our return trip was better. The girl that was our driver was phenomenal, she was there early, and even stopped for us to pick up liquor at the store because we obviously were unable to keep the beer we left on the other limo. I've been trying to contact the office with no luck at this point to voice my concerns with service. My advice. Just don't book. Yes their prices are more reasonable, but the service certainly doesn't come with it. Horrid experience.

The driver was very responsive and gave continuous updates by text (drop off, ready for pickup, on our way...). The sprinter van was awesome. The six girls loved it and said it was was so much fun. My daughter is still saying that her birthday was so fun and the limo was a big part of it. Price was very reasonable compared to other limo services. I couldn't be happier with ease of booking, the convenience, non -stress, and finally the results. Additionally, due to the snow and weather the previous day we asked for an earlier pickup time and it was absolutely no problem. We will definitely use them again.

After doing research I narrowed it down to 3 companies who were all within $10-$20 price of each other and the other two had about 4X the reviews mostly positive but EJ took the time out to answer a lot of my questions in detail and put me at ease with my concerns where the other guys gave me one word answers and made it seem like they were out just to make a quick buck. EJ was very easy to communicate with and gave me some pointers about the city. I hired EJ to pick me up at the airport with a meet and greet and then also pick me up at my hotel to take me back to O'Hare. He even texted me the morning of my departure to ask me if I wanted to be picked up a little bit earlier then what we discussed when booking due to traffic being a little heavier than normal. EJ goes out of the way to make sure their customers are satisfied next time i am back in Chicago I will definitely use EJ and I have saved their number in my contact list.
