They had an English menu as well, which was great since I don't speak Portuguese. We parked in the valet and were immediately sat when we walked in. They even let you pick your seat. The vibe of the restaurant is very old school Italian/ rustic. We ordered the bread basket and I ordered the pumpkin gnocchi for my main course. It was amazing; absolutely terrific. I wish I could eat it every day. The gnocchi was perfectly cooked and the flavor of the sauce was so delicious. They give you very big portions too so you could definitely share the meal with someone. I will make sure to come back here when I am back in the area! One of my favorite meals I had in Brazil.

The wine selection is small but I hate going through pages of the wine list at most places anyway. I had a nice Chilean Cab and yeah I know some of the wine snobs may be shocked I didn't go with a white for my duck but I really don't care. Food was great, the small ambiance was delightful, service is top notch and Adolfo definitely has a passion for his food. Do yourself a favor and experience this gem when you're in town. A must stop for a dining experience in São Paulo!!!…read more If you enjoy Italian cuisine this is the place to be. Famiglia Mancini is a family owned corner that offers about 5 themed restaurants where you may dine in indoors or outdoors depending on your preference. You will be able to get pizza, pasta, seafood, full course meals and even burgers. I would definitely recommend a reservation to be safe as all the restaurants are busy during peak hours and it may be difficult to get a table. They sell wine by the bottle (even have a tiny bottle with a one glass serving). Service is good, they're friendly and help with suggestions, just be sure to be ready for at least a 30min wait for food. A must go! I had the Alfredo spaghetti with shrimp and bacon and i would love to have it again.
