The best place we found in Brussels.
We loved the neighborhood and ate in several restaurants around there _ all OK, but the kind of places you've already been to.
The Brasserie Rose is somewhat more discreet and elegant.
The Maitre D' speaks fluent English & he made us feel comfortable right away. He was very helpful in describing the courses _ and there was a lot to describe.
The soul of the place is a great Southern French character. Not the kind who shows off. He just loves his craft.
He selects only top-notch fresh products & builds from them wonderful plates with an Asian cuisine twist that work wonderfully.
The prices could be much higher in regard with the quality of the food.
We left with the great feeling of having tasted dishes we had never had before. And we wanted to go back, which we did... on the next night ! read more
