There were so many good options, we didn't want to choose wrong! The decor is very nice and chairs are super comfortable. Complimentary wasabi peanuts. So good! They have a large drink and wine list. We got a bottle of Shiraz (only thing here I wasn't too crazy about, but not bad). I ordered the Edamame Black Truffle Dumplings as an app and my husband got the Kung Pao Dumplings. We both agreed they were AMAZING. So clean and light, while still filling. 5 large pieces each! The sauces were tasty too. For dinner, I chose the Shrimp Pad Thai and my husband the Sweet & Sour Chicken. The Pad Thai was super tasty and again not too heavy and overly oily. The shrimp was fresh. My husband loved his chicken dish. So different! Lightly fried as one piece instead of chunks with the fresh toppings on top. We also got hot sauce! Overall amazing!!! Worth the price and received 30% off on The Fork!

The difference here is every single dish was a 10/10. Each bite thoughtfully curated and beautifully plated. The depth of flavor and preparation that went into all of their dishes shone through each course and the wine parings especially blew us away. Service was impeccable and would gladly eat another meal here.

They offered a seven course tasting menu with an additional charge for wine pairing. Complimentary appetizers: Crispy tartlets with red tuna tartare and wacame cream; carbon puffs with smoked eel cream and teriyaki gel; Salted moshi, paprika, compté, mimolette Course 1: Chawanmushi, sea urchin, shimeji, dashi jelly Course 2: White asparagus in texture, cake, asparagus soup and green cardamom, yuzu kosho Course 3: Peach from our coasts, koshihikari rice, yuzu butter, green shizo Course 4: Grilled morel with binchotan (Japanese barbecue), stuffed with Bresse chicken and foie gras, pea and lovage stew, new garlic cream, lemongrass emulsion Course 5: Sweetbreads in buckwheat scale, nasturtium ravioli with herbs, bear garlic siphon Course 6: Pre-dessert: pineapple sorbet, basil Course 7: Pavlova relief, raspberry, red shiso, puffed rice and sakekasu ice cream I enjoyed all the courses except for course 1. The texture was a little weird for me and the unique flavors weren't ones I'm accustomed to. Overall the experience was very nice. One thing I would nitpick about is the fact they charged us for water. I understand having an additional charge if you wanted wine pairing, but for such an upscale restaurant to charge for water didn't sit right with me

We were allowed to use the bathroom as long as we bought something, so I browsed the store while my mom took him downstairs to relieve himself. Asia & Goosushi is a grab-and-go mini-mart off the Champs-Élysées. It looked like there was some prepared food available, pan-Asian in the way that always promises bare adequacy in an underserved market, with sushi and fried rice and samosas on the menu. The grocery options were familiar, and probably great if you want to find Asian snacks in Paris. We picked up some Hi-Chew, which my kids love, and that was enough to pay for the bathroom break. I don't anticipate coming back to Asia & Goosushi in this lifetime, but I'm glad it was there when my son needed to go.
