We were a party of six and were surprised that our first dishes came out only about five minutes after we ordered. I ordered a tuna steak ala plancha. It was a very large, nicely cooked tuna steak with a parsley sauce. It was accompanied by a potato cake held together with a custard. There was a similar zucchini called and a roasted tomato. My wife had the salad nicoise and reported that it was quite nice and was generously loaded with tuna and other deliverable bits. The lettuce was very fresh and quite tasty. One of our friends ordered the tapas board for one which turned out to be 8 tapas including deep fried Camembert, calimari, duck gizzards, chorizo, etc. He reported that it was all delicious and made a full meal for one. The bill with two bottles of wine (split 6 ways) was about 45 Euros per couple. So generous quantities of good food at a good price.

With that said, J'm Tiffin's has earned my five stars because . . . it is family owned, everything is hand made, they care about quality, the pizza is made in a wood fired oven and, the quality is outstanding. I ordered a pizza to go and, because it was early, I had to wait for the new wood fire to burn down to the right temperature. No worries because I enjoyed watching rugby on TV while sipping a drink. Who needs to be in a hurry waiting for homemade food? I highly recommend this restaurant!
