Stopped here while driving from Narbonne in France to Tarragona in Spain…read more Unfortunately McDonald's in France doesn't have gluten-free options like Spain so I only had a hot tea (with an actual tea bag.) My husband had the mini filled donuts, macarons and coffee. The macarons and donuts are served with the same tongs so although the macarons are gluten-free, they're not safe for celiacs nor people with wheat allergies. The bathroom setup is odd. The bathroom door leads to 2 sinks and a single stall all-gender restroom. Because this is on a freeway, the line for the bathroom gets exceptionally long. Staff was kind despite the fact I don't speak French and gestured asking if I wanted an additional free bag to carry my order. Visited: December 2025
