The…read moreshellfish platter we started with was as fresh as it could be and was presented with a particularly well put together mignonette sauce. My main course was monkfish ('lotte') in a delectable and subtly flavoured Noilly cream sauce, made with the local candidates world famous vermouth. Finally the 'Chocolat au lait' dessert turned out to be a wonderfully dense, and not too sweet little cake accompanied by excellent vanilla ice cream and a light whipped cream concoction. Perfect.
