Absolute trash. Terrible experience, terrible service, and honestly a complete waste of time and money. Never again.

After my credit card was skimmed at the pump twice I stopped going there. I thought it may have happened the second time as the card swipe appeared to have been tampered with! I went inside to inform the clerk that I thought there was a problem and the clerk seemed unconcerned. I know some of my neighbors also had this happen to them at this station! read more

Pulled in to get gas and the sign said $3.15. Got to the pump and the price was like $3.60 per gallon. There was a note that said get like 50 cent off if pay cash or debit. I got like half a gallon of gas and left to find a new gas station. read more

This is bait and switch at its finest. Says 299 for gas but when you pull up to the pump it is 349. See the pictures that I took. A couple other people pulled in and you could see they were seeing if the other pump said the same price as well. I ended up not getting gas. There's no point in "trying "the pump and see if the dollar amount comes down that wouldn't even make sense. Anyway, don't go here it's just another bait and switch. read more

Ok so we stopped here 3 times because it was close to our hotel. 2 times just for ice cream and once for gas. The 2 times for ice cream my husband went in he told me the clerk was rude and he never says anything. The 3 time was for gas that is advertised at $3.29 that is only if you use cash or debit card. We were using debit so i went into the store the same clerk wanted to argue she only fixed the price when I told her change the price or we were leaving. read more

It looks like they have revamped the entire place, offering great customer service. There's more food and many new items available. And of course, the gas prices are very competitive, if not the cheapest in town. read more

Looks like they brought the deli section back which is good, only place around where my truck will fit. best diesel price all around, ultra fast dispensers too. But they gotta put better signs outside, many people miss that tiny little display. read more

Lucky I can't do 1/2 a star. No sign for operating hours. Nothing on the door. Nothing on google or Apple Maps. That's not what bothers me. The owner gave me the hand sign saying they are closed. But what shows me they don't care is I asked what time they open up at and he turns around and walks away. read more

The attendant Friends. Very rude. Went to get gas at 11:45. Walked in and was told the station was closed. I was on Empty. I went back the next day to get manager information and he became very defensive and started yelling at me. Refusing to give owner information. He told me he will close at 11:45 and don't care who I tell and he will tell the owner himself. Don't go there! read more

I went here before work one day to get gas. I slid my card and it was declined, I tried again and it was again declined. I went inside and it was declined again. Low and behold I look at my statement and Chevron has taken out two suns clearing out my bank account. I asked the man inside about it and he screamed at me! What horrible customer service! Chevron corp. was quite nice and fixed everything with my bank, but the actual stand alone store was awful! I will never return! read more

Cleaner gas station than most. I'm actually in here quite a bit because I work very close to this gas station. The people here have always been friendly, the only downfall is their food at the Deli, even though it's awesome, is also overpriced in my opinion. Past That their prices on almost everything else are reasonable. read more

Went here after church today to get gas. First pump wouldn't Recognice my hitting my zip code in, tried 3 times. Went around to another pump and I couldn't hear the buttons being keyed in because of a TV blaring in between the pumps. Aggravating! Do we really need a TV while pumping gas? ...it's bad enough wirh all the road noise and beeping from other pumps going on. read more

This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with or at a business. I came to Chevron for the obvious gas and added a quick carwash before my usual weekend hand wash. I was attempting to remove dried-on dusk. I'll keep this story short and to the point, as the details won't help much. Upon using the carwash, the malfunctioning carwash caused damage to my car($875.00 and a week of my time to be exact). As soon as I was able leave the carwash, I parked and attempted to speak with the store attendant. The arrogant and rude store attendant made no attempt to contact someone with an actual brain. He was absolutely useless and I determined nothing more could be expected of him. I contacted RPBSO and filed a police report to make a formal record of the damage. The next following MONTHs, I attempted to get the issue resolved with the manager "Binny" and with no resolution, I contacted the corporate office. They seemed eager to help and attempted to contact Binny for a resolution. After several failed attempts to contact Binny, corporate essentially gives up and contacts me... "As of today, we have not received a response from the station." and "We appreciate the time you have taken to write to us. Again, please accept our apology. We hope that you will understand the position of our Company. We know that this response may be disappointing to you; however, we want you to know that we value you as a customer, and we look forward to serving you at one of our many retail stations in your area in the future." That's a nice, professional way of saying "you are your own, good luck". What a disappointment in today's age that our oil money cannot afford us a decent place of business and loyalty to the customers. I'm glad there are many of other places for gas because it won't be a Chevron. read more
