Customers received no warning at the gas station about it. I purchased a Hyper Wash at the pump for $9, but when I went through the autowash, the brushes around the car stayed stationary. My receipt had a survey to fill out, and I was in a hurry, so I filled out the online survey explaining the car wash was broken. Earlier this month, 7 months after I had told them the car wash was broken, I went through the car wash again, hoping it would finally be fixed. Nope. 9 more dollars wasted on another "Hyper Wash" in which the brushes don't ever touch my car! This means customers have been paying for car washes for the past 7 months, only to discover after they have already paid, while they are in the car wash, that it's broken. This time I wrote to customer service directly, explaining to them that the car wash has been broken for 7 months and that I had wasted $18 on two Hyper washes.
