Friendly customer service and efficient service. Professional & Knowledgeable They know what they are talking about. I drive a 2001 Toyota Sequoia and needed a number of repairs. Brakes, alignment, coolant flush, wheel balancing and rotation. They fully explained the ins and outs of the repairs. They even explained things that needed repair that they couldn't benefit off of. For example my rims were bending and they recommended I go to a shop to get new ones (or suffer worse gas mileage and vibration). Overall the quality of the repairs and the analysis were great, and that's what you need when you're dealing with an older car. Only time will truly tell I guess with how it holds up, but I'm more than satisfied with the quality of service. Honest & Transparency Told me the price I was going to pay ahead of time for the services that did not need inspection. They found a few extra things through inspection, however they brought me into the garage and showed me all of the issues while my car was on the lift. They further answered any questions I had regarding repairs & general advice. When a new caliper did not arrive due to a mistake on their part, they took off the charge and still warrantied my brakes. Long story short, my SUV is working great and I received a great value for the price of the repairs. I recommend with no reservations. With a slow leak in one tire, we were forced to rent a car to get to the appointment . They acted like it was no big deal, no apology , and had an attitude letting us know how busy they were. Yesterday, she heard a noise coming from the engine compartment and had some issues driving. When she arrived, it was worse, and through FaceTime we concluded it was probably the Alternator, and serpentine belt due to the smell, and metal pieces. She went to the Auto Parts store first as it was just across the street, and they were absolutely cruel. I won't name the company, but they said it would be fine. She had her mom in the car, and these guys were dismissive at best. Well, she got to her mom's down the street again, and it just felt wrong, so I looked up the closest place and spoke to a very nice person named Alysha. She listened and had empathy for our situation, she said, come in as soon as you can after she conferred with the mechanics. Mind you, it was late in the day and they were close to closing. Tacked her while she made her way there. It was actually close to the Auto Parts store ironically. She just made it and the car died. After a very thoughtful conversation with Chris, he said we would have the diagnostics done in the morning and he would get back to us. That was a bit of a stressful night. Christ called and told us the news of what was wrong. It was what we guessed, and though quite expensive, I believe it was a fair price, and again, could have been disastrous if she were on the road alone driving almost 2 hours north. This is our only car, and we rely on it. The car was ready sooner than quoted, and we are thankful for the kindness, and service. Arrived at the garage on time and went to the desk. The service writer (not the one I dealt with in the past) could not find any record of me being there in the past which I found puzzling, because I had been there with both my cars twice. Ok, chalked that up to a computer glitch. My Subaru outback is up on the lift for some time when the service writer present me with a $1400.00 estimate for tires, brakes etc.. Then the technician informs me that the oil drain plug was stripped by the previous person that did the oil change and was I willing to pay for a new one. I agreed. They then said they couldn't get it off, but if I was willing, they would try to chisel it off, but it might destroy the oil pan and I would have to to pay for it. I then said that they were the last one to do an oil change on the car and should look at the sticker on the wind shield. They then miraculously found me on their computer. I elected to not let them continue as I had lost trust in them. I went else where and they removed/replaced the drain plug with no problem. As far as the $1400.00 estimate, the other place said I had many more miles to go before I needed brakes or tires (2021 with 3400 mi).
