Even though they don't. It is a HomeTown field. Everyone is friendly. Abrar is the associate there I see him every time I go. It's nice to see the same person and be able to communicate with them he is very professional kind helpful and friendly. The customers all seem to know him and wave say hello and are very polite. Then I go there tonight and it is on the screen to order milkshakes so I put my order in and the girl came up to us and said oh, we can't do the milkshakes now we already tore down the machine. When I told her I already put my order in on the machine she told us that it was a mistake it shouldn't have been on there. Like how is it the customer's fault that you didn't update the machine? She was very rude about it. I understand not being able to do something after a certain time, but we got there before the time they stopped doing milkshakes. The least they could do is update their computer system so that way customers don't order something and get told that they cancel the order. Especially after we've waited 15 to 20 minutes on our order to be told we're not getting it. Then my husband was accused of stealing a sandwich, because he grabbed one from the hot case and put it down to go grab a drink from the cooler and when he came back the sandwich was gone. A manager came out and asked him where he put it, if it was in his pocket. My husband said no I placed it down right here, pointing to the counter, and now it's gone. She went back into the office and looked at the cameras and saw an apparent homeless man come in and take the sandwich and walk out. No apology for accusing him of stealing, all she said was well I guess I accused the wrong person. And walked away. This Wawa location has poor customer service, poor management, and not very accommodating to customers.
