Several years ago, I tried to fill the air in my tires here. The machine happily took my money. And…read morenothing happened. So I asked the employee if the machine was broken. With no hesitation, they said yes. I asked if they could refund the money I had put in, and they said no. When I asked why they had not put a sign on the machine, they made it clear that they would not do that. Was communicating with customers that unreasonable a request? I decided never to go there again, even though it is the most convenient station on my daily drive. Cut to today. I needed gas and thought I would give them another try, because who doesn't deserve a second chance? Other cars were getting gas, so I figured everything would be okay. I pulled up to the pump, put my card in, and waited. And waited. After about five minutes, I walked into the store and asked if there was a problem on Pump 7. No, no problem! So I went back out. And waited. Several other cars had come in, gotten gas, and left. Finally, I gave up and left. And no, it was not user error or banking issues--my card worked just fine at the competent gas station I visited next. Final answer? 0 out of 10. Do not recommend. What a disappointment! Save yourself the trouble and drive on down the road.

The place itself has five parking spots, six with the disabled (?) parking spot and was very clean both inside and out. Theres all kinds of specials and 40 cents off per gallon if you join their program which feels like a solid deal considering the prices of everything these days. Their gas prices are competitive and the inside has the usual convenience store items. But again, most thunk about Wawa for their subs. They also have a yearly promotion called Hoagiefest where all regular subs are six dollars and their smaller subs are five dollars. I decided to get a sub here as it had been awhile. I got their roast beef and cheese and honestly, it was a pretty good sub, especially for a gas station and for six dollars. I would definitely recommend this particular Wawa for either gas or a sub. I got a nice gift bag from the front and another from the pharmacy... u also got a $5 coupon from the optical shop. Vivian at the desk was amazing!! So sweet, kind and caring. She really made my sign up easy and fun. Now, I did have an issue. I snagged my new jacket on a sharp piece on their cart ... when I talked to the manager, Kristen, she advised I can try to take it to a seamstress and bring the receipt back to them. If the seamstress can't fix it, bring the jacket receipt back to them. So I will do that. I hope a seamstress can fix it, because it would be a nice win-win, since the jacket is $140. Anyway, I really liked this place, the people who worked here, all the goodies they gave away and the delicious strawberries. I'll be back!!!
