I asked for a bag from the person at the counter, and they went to get me a basket-- that's amazing customer service in my book. We did the essentials-- use the bathroom grab ice and fill the tank. My sweet poor lovely son. I hope he's okay. He seems okay but I know he misses his friends and family back in Buffalo a lot. Anyway this is a really good gas station which has very cheap gas - especially compared to Houston and such things. I come here often when I'm heading south on 45 because it's right off the highway, although it's not the cheapest on the highway, it's very convenient and very close to the exit. She is the only staff member I've had issues with. All the other staff members have always been kind and friendly. I often leave behind a few dollars or scratch tickets for them because it's refreshing in comparison to her behavior. I was in no way rude to her, she has had an attitude problem on more than one occasion and I asked her point blank yesterday why she always has and attitude with me when I come through, she was not mature enough for the direct question and literally beat on her own chest with bot hands saying " this ain't attitude, you want me to show you attitude, I can show you attitude.", I asked to speak with the manager at which time she beat on her own chest again and stated " I am the manager." She then gives my change back, throwing coins all over my car and says " don't come back here, I won't serve you. Keep in mind, I never raised my voice and never said a cuss word. I genuinely wanted to know why she was so nasty to me every single time I've encountered her at the window? All the other staff members have always been very sweet and helpful
