Looks to be a Mother-Son venture. So far we've had the Quesobirrias. This trend across the West is well represented here. The Birria is so succulent and it's piled on, well seasoned, cheesy crisped corn tortillas and all the toppings. Next visit we had the very meaty Menudo. Rich tasty broth and tender tripe with no hominy. Saturdays and Sundays only. Today we wanted to get their Fridays only Ceviche Tostadas but as I was afraid of, sold out shortly after lunch. A good sign in my book. Highly perishable, make so much and when it's gone, it's gone for the week. Better luck next time. In place of the Ceviche, we got Barbacoa Tortas. BOMB! Every thing imaginable was on it. So good and again, obscene amounts of meat! Along with the Tortas, we got an order of Asada Fries that was a near work of art. If you're traveling on the 41 S of Fresno City, head W on Mt View Ave to Caruthers and treat yourself to a tight but surprising menu of delicious food. Dine with confidence. This location is only about 7 minutes from the Fresno/Yosemite International Airport which is very convenient for travelers. I thought because of the proximity to the airport the gas would be very expensive but the price was very competitive compared to other gas stations in the area. The store was also very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great experience and would definitely recommend to all travelers!

Employees not helpful either - their shift ended during this, and they just said they were closed (pumps remain open), ultimately leading to sheriff being called.
