Evie settled in right from her first introduction visit to the time I picked her up. We had regular pup dates and photos which showed her having a great time on walks, meeting new friends and cuddled up on the sofa with Liam, Laras partner. I can say with all honesty, our holiday was extra special seeing that our baby was doing great! The Evie i brought home, was not the usual clingy little soul I bring home from the Kennels. Evie was relaxed and no sign of a croaky bark which usually indicates she's had a Kennel stay. Our usual Kennels are fine, no complaints from us but for Evie, I think they are loud & a little stressful. I would use them as a second choice now. Lara is most definitely Evies stand in Mummy & I would not hesitate in using her again! A big thank you to Lara & not forgetting Liam for a great service xxx

I recently booked in my dog for a few days boarding at aeolian house kennels online, paying up…read morefront for her stay. The website stipulated I'd need the dog vaccinated before she boarded which was fine as she is fully up to date with her jabs. Or so we thought. Turns out kennel cough is not included in standard jabs and wasn't done with the other ones last year. On arrival I was greeted by a large man with an angry look on his face. "Hello" I said, "have you got your cert" was the curt reply. When I said I didn't have it, one of the children behind the counter called the vet who confirmed my dog wasn't vaccinated against kennel cough, so I was told I couldn't board. Fine I said, how could I go about a refund for the up front fees I'd paid? The atmosphere then turned frosty and I was told I wouldn't be getting a refund. I left rather shocked and went back, thinking I could reason with them, surely I could have a refund for the two days the kennel could still be let? No, nothing would be refunded, and that's when the threatening behaviour started. He began to raise his voice, interrupting the lady who was trying to justify why keeping our money was somehow ok. It got to the point where I felt I would get nowhere with such a stubborn and arrogant man, and even though I'd made a genuine mistake and was fully prepared to pay for that days boarding I was unhappy about losing my full costs, and decided to leave before our discussion got any more heated as I felt quite intimidated. Anyway, it is lesson learned, I gave the place a go even after many of our friends had commented on the owners nasty demeanour and poor state of the dogs after they had boarded there in the past, but will look elsewhere for our dog boarding and training needs now. I know one person probably won't make a difference to his business but I decided to write this review in the hope that the next person will not make the same mistake and be left out of pocket due to the bloody mindedness of the wooden headed owner of the kennels

He adores her and loves going to doggy day care with her. I know when I drop him off I don't have to worry and can set off for work rest assured George is going to have an amazing day and be well looked after. After lockdown I was called back into work with short notice and I tried leaving George on his own for a few days for short periods and when seeing how distressed he was I searched for a doggy day care online. After seeing Debby's reviews I sent an online enquiry and she called me within a few minutes, offered me to pop over there and then to see her house and meet her and now George goes to her five days a week and I wouldn't want him anywhere else. She has a great set-up in her home and garden where everything is secure and I feel like it's another home for George where he is shown love and affections as well as being able to socialise with other dogs. He gets lots of exercise, playtime and food and I get to pick him up at the end of each day super happy and pretty tired which is perfect for me after a long day in work. Debby is always accommodating and I know she will always make decisions based on what is best for all the dogs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know there are larger set ups for doggy day-care but what I love about Debby's house is it's George's second home and he will only ever be around other dogs that have been vetted by Debby to ensure they can play safely. Debby sends regular updates throughout the day of George having lots of fun and he is so desperate to get to hers in the morning he barely eats breakfast! I really couldn't recommend a better person to look after your dog! Thank you Debby!
