This Kwiker Liquor is located in the Publix shopping center at the west end of PCB nearing Carillon…read moreBeach. It is a small, but mighty liquor store with all the classics a few local things lining the shelves. I popped in after a recent trip to Publix and scooped up a bottle of vodka and whiskey. The whiskey selection is impressive for the size of the place. For vodka, I do not have a brand beyond Tito's that I gravitate towards, but the Sales Rep for Townes Vodka was in the aisle and sold me on the brand, which turned out to be pretty good. The price was less than half of Tito's, so I was not mad at it. Speaking of prices, they are a bit on the steep side here with all the standard brands being several dollars more expensive than I am used to paying. In addition to all the goods on the shelves, they have a small bar in which they do whiskey sampling and even serve a few frozen cocktails from. Service was honestly non-existent from the staff. An associate was stocking shelves, but did not engage, and the cashier only spoke my total to me. The Sales Rep provided good service, so good on him... Overall, when on this end of the beach or popping into Publix, this location comes in clutch. I would not go out of my way to swing by or avoid.
